The place is run down. Sent pictures to the host and we checked out after the first evening. Said thank you for the pictures but didn’t really seem like she believed us. Plus the neighbors above us were loud. We got one of our 3 days refunded but otherwise terrible oversight.

Nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms so we could have some privacy in the evening. Couch could be replaced. One of the beds was extremely firm. One of the toilet seats was not fully attached. Noisy 3rd floor neighbors. Overall we enjoyed our time in Phoenix and this place was conveniently located to our friends.

The place was okay, but isn't in a luxurious setting as described. The internet didn't work, therefore the Roku TVs didn't either. Turning on and off the water in the 2nd bathroom shower took some muscle and all of the drains had a musty smell (could have just been no one recently stayed). All in all it was okay, not great.

Review of the unit

The wifi didn't work as stated. Spotty at time....even the TV lost the signal a lot.Communication was not great as I had to reach out with less than a hour to our arrive to ask for the details as to the unit number and access codes.Nothing in the unit as to any house rules and such.The showers were difficult to turn on. A heads up about this would have been nice.Communication with the manager was fine/quick after we had to reach out to them.Overall, the unit was nice for what we needed, clean, AC worked great.

This place needs lots of help

Place was cleaned very poorly if at all. The dust and lint on our headboard was not cleaned for months. The floors were not cleaned, there was trash still in the trash cans. The sheets had holes in them. Broken and missing tiles in the bathroom shower. Took a long time to figure out if there was hot water and the shower did not drain properly so we were showering in 3 to 4 inches of water. We never could find the hot water in the kitchen. Cabinets were very dirty with food and dirt. Furniture was not dusted off. Upon entering the condo we noticed a smell. The frig had stopped working and was defrosting, which left us to clean up water on the kitchen floor and inside the frig. We called the owners right away and they promised to fix it the following day. No one ever came to fix it or even called to let us know when it would be fixed. The coffee pot doesn't work. The taller table only has 3 stools that fit under the table, so one of us had to stand to eat. The couch is very old and uncomfortable. If we hadn't arrived on Thanksgiving day we would have left the unit. I did text the owner several times and sent pictures of all the issues. The owner offered to refund us one night. I requested we that we would be refunded the cleaning fee, but the owner refused because I didn't make them aware of all the issues at check in. How was I supposed to know at check in that there were holes in sheets, the coffee pot was broken, dirty cabinet or the issues with the shower.

Very unfortunate communication and check-in process. Broken shower handle and coffee maker. No offer to fix or improve either during stay. Clean unit. Was nice to have reserved parking spot.

The condo is very centrally located in Phoenix. Perfect location for us. The unit was clean and modern. Not the VRBO owner's fault but there were about 6 large piles of dog poop between the unit and the parking lot. Also, water from the upstairs unit shower began leaking through the bathroom ceiling vent. Notified the owner and he called to apologize and get a plumber out. Within the unit, I would recommend finishing the drywall repair, adding matress covers to the beds, and adding a few more sleeping (non-decorative) pillows.

Cozy for the price. Host is hard to get a hold of. Host did not load entry instructions via email until one hr. prior to check in. Overall, perfect place for my son and I during his soccer tournament weekend.😊

First time visit to Phoenix. Location was great as it was easy to access both downtown and Scottsdale and was close to good shopping. Condo is a bit dated but comfortable. Neighborhood felt self. Hot water takes a while, be patient.

Kinda sketchy neighborhood but gated parking. Unit had very smoky smell. Two filter machines running didnt help. No information book anywhere. Couldnt find the thermostat for 2 days! Pool and hot tub ok but old snd run down. Lots of negatives but really overall roomy and ok init for the price. Smoking unit should be mentioned in description.

Not what we expected-

The second bedroom bath & sink didn’t drain well, the patio was filthy, as well as areas in the place, the pool was freezing cold, the dryer squeaked so much you couldn’t be inside when it was on, one kitchen stool was broken, it was decorated badly, and the whole complex had gone downhill and was not as nice as it looked online. We won’t book there again. It needs big attention to detail!
