5 Minutes from Old Town Scottsdale/Spring Training!

Enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled stay 2 miles from all of Scottsdale's main attractions, with the privacy & comforts of being at home. The home sleeps up to 10 comfortably and is centrally located - 10 minutes from the airport and less than 5 minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale, 5 minutes away from ASU's campus/Mill Ave, spring training stadiums, etc. Amenities include pool, hot tub, fire pit, Jenga, ping-pong, corn-hole, Coffee stations, a hammock, etc.! The pool can be heated for a fee.

*Pool can be heated upon request with a minimum length of two days. Heating fee will be $150 for the minimum, and any
additional days will be $75 per day*

This home is very conveniently located just off the 101 freeway – you will be close to many golf courses, casinos, restaurants, bars, shopping, spring training baseball stadiums, etc.! The house itself has lots of seating options inside and out, making it the perfect space for a family or large group. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, along with a day-bed and trundle, so that the room can accommodate four comfortably. The master bedroom has a TV/cable. The second bedroom and third bedroom can accommodate two additional guests each in queen beds. The living room sofa is an oversized sleeper-sofa with a queen-size mattress. There are two full bathrooms. There are plenty of mirrors throughout the house (that are conveniently placed next to outlets) so that there is plenty of space for large groups to all get ready at the same time if needed.

The backyard features a covered patio with a built-in grill, an outdoor dining table, lounge chairs/umbrellas, corn-hole, ping-pong, ladder toss, outdoor grill, giant Jenga, and a 6-person hot tub!
There are plenty of pool towels and bath towels for up to ten guests, and basic toiletries are provided, along with a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with dining, cooking, and baking essentials. You will have access to a one-car carport. The house has a security system and keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for self-check-in.

*Disclosure Regarding Pool Heat*
Before requesting pool heat, please be advised of the following:

We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pools to is 85 degrees. Please also be advised that in the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heaters will simply shut off to avoid mechanical damage to the heat pump system due to the ice that will form otherwise on the internal coils. The heaters will turn back on automatically when the temperature outside goes back up/when the ice that was forming to cause the shut off melts, but this means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated to our normal of 85 degrees. Even with the cooler temperatures, the pool heaters do tend to keep the pools within 5 degrees of the desired temperature. This turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge. Therefore, please note we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay. The pools have been heating up to 75-85 degrees, which is 35-45 degrees higher than the outdoor temperature.
