Villa Solare welcomes you to Scottsdale! This beautiful, authentic Tuscan villa offers two privately gated acres of desert splendor just 3 minutes from the Troon Golf Courses in north Scottsdale. Built for entertaining, the central courtyard features a heated pool and spa, Italian-tiled fountain, outdoor fireplace, built-in BBQ, putting green to fine tune your golf game, surround-sound stereo and designer furniture for soaking in the sun or dining al fresco.

Once inside, sink into the sumptuous theater to watch a movie or challenge an opponent to ping pong, foosball, corn hole (aka "bags") or cards. Stay active with a selection of gym equipment, after which you can soak in the large steam shower. There is excellent WiFi throughout and a separate executive office to help you stay connected.

This unique property boasts 5 bedrooms (optional 6th bedroom), with 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. There are 6 beds in the home plus 2 twin-sized airbeds and a queen-sized airbed if needed.

Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

Booked a quick short term stay for family and friends to gather. Plenty of parking in the driveway And garage lots of games and cool theater room as well as a very nice pool and spa area. House was beautiful and very welcoming and clean. Property manager was very available and appreciated the good communication! Definitely would recommend!

We were looking for some quiet downtime and found it in this property. Communication was great and cj even stopped over our 1st evening when we had trouble connecting our music to the house system. Lots to do with games (indoor and outdoor). Great for families with all age kids.

Exceeded Expectations

Loved It! We have stayed in quite a few rental homes and hotels, but this one ranks at the top. The house was exactly as advertised and was absolutely spotless. There were a lot of different spaces, each with a different function and equally well thought out. We were on our first trip taking grown kids and their spouses and didn’t know exactly how we would do in the same house for 6 days, but there was so much room and so many activities, it couldn’t have gone better. We will definitely be back!

A real Desert Oasis

The phrase "Desert Oasis" means so much more to us now. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We are ranking this as our favorite house ever... and we have stayed at many. Beautiful property

The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly want: pool, hot tub, movie theater, fuzz table, pingpong table, grill, viking stove. Everything is clean. You are made to feel welcome. I especially want to mention the views from the balcony at sunrise and sunset. There were minor issues, but the management was extremely responsive and took care of everything immediately.

Family very disappointed!

My husband, our 7 yr old daughter and I rented this home for 11 days while we looked for our new home in Scottsdale. This Trent always home looks nice but is in disrepair. AC doesn’t work properly, master bathtub does not get hot water., rodents in the pool., ants have invaded the entire pool area. Theater room DVD player must be the first one ever made as it will not play new DVD’s. The livingroom tv cuts off continually and gives message to replace cables. And the icing on the cake is when you try to get some help CJ is never available.

Great Stay!!

The property is beautiful, the hosts kind and responsive. Highlight was the heated pool that stayed warm and clean with the easy cover and allowed us to be in the pool and sun regardless of temperatures outside!! Large living room was great for family game night. The movie room was a hit with the kids. The garage has wonderful work out equipment, ping pong and corn hole! Two washers and two dryers to keep up with pool towels etc.

This house provided plenty of room, beautiful views, and a perfect pool that our large group enjoyed immensely. I cannot give enough comments to management for their upkeep of the home and responsiveness to our requests. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again.

We absolutely loved this gorgeous estate and will highly recommend it to anyone! It was just perfect for us, putting green (we are golfers) , heated pool and hot tub were just perfect before and after golf. Huge kitchen for those who like cooking, and a really nice fireplace right by the pool. We felt like rock stars. Thank you for letting us stay.

absolutely gorgeous property that was a perfect place for our girls' trip!

Would definitely go back there, CJ, the property manager met us there when we arrived. He gave us a tour and was available by text for anything we needed. The house was well appointed with everything you would need. All of the bedrooms and the casita were so nice. The master suite was fantastic and included a fireplace. The pool, hot tub and courtyard was so perfect for relaxing and sharing time together with my 3 girlfriends. We all LOVED this place and will be back!

Such a beautiful home. Everything was top notch. Perfect for our family vacation, everyone fell in love with the house. High end, quality, luxurious rental. It really surpassed all of our expectations. The property management was so easy to work with. The only thing that was minor was there were quite a few scorpions and spiders in the casita and the house. Given the location in the desert, this was not so much of a surprise. Other than that we loved everything about it, highly recommend it, and can't wait to rent the property again.
