The space
ASU Tempe Modern Condo is a comfortable, stylish 631sf (59m2) condo with modern amenities, inside private laundry, & smart tech. It is a 3-5 minute walk to ASU, Trader Joe's, Tempe Improv, Restaurants; Metro Light Rail at University/Rural.

Free inside private laundry + Free use of a bicycle & electric scooter + Free onsite covered parking. Free Pass to Phoenix Art Museum & Heard Museum.

A collaboration with local artist Safwat Saleem, the ASU Tempe Modern Condo displays some of his thought-provoking pieces (the art is not reflected in the photos to protect the artist's work).

ASU Tempe Modern Condo is remodeled private condo on the 2nd floor located in the Tempe Villas where many residents are owners, retirees, working professionals, or grad students.

SLEEPING
You will enjoy the king size bed (76"x80" or 193cm x 203cm), new sound-dampening bedroom window with blackout curtains, which will give you a sleep experience void of most outside noises on a very comfortable mattress with down/feather pillows & a down duvets (non down/feather bedding is available upon request).

The king size bed in the bedroom is a natural organic custom 3-layer latex mattress. Latex is the natural version of memory foam but does not get hot like memory foam and it actually helps to regulate your body temperature.

All bed linens are provided, including down/feather pillows, lightweight summer down duvets + duvet covers. In the winter, you may request heavier down duvets (non down/feather options are available upon request). The bedroom has blackout curtains and a sound machine.

Additionally, the red Natuzzi Italian Leather sofa converts into a sleeper sofa with a memory foam full size mattress. Down pillows & down duvet are provided and stored in bedroom closet.

Single serving oatmeal packets are located inside the pantry. Additionally, we can stock the pantry, refrigerator, freezer with any items you'd like ($75 plus the cost of items purchased).
