The receptionsist who cheked me in was not friendly at all. Only 3 conversation he had with me. My name, my cc and then where was the elevator...the guy who checked me out next day was friendlier and made shuttle arrangement to the airport . However when a customer who checked out asked for a water bottlen and the guy responded" sorry, can't give you any"! Wow. A customer was not worthed bottle water of less than .25 cents?

Really unique place, room was really neat. Staff was friendly. Paying to park there is fairly ridiculous since it’s not gated nor a garage. Surrounding area is sketchy and lots of interesting characters walking about. The barmaid Jayden was super nice. They failed to stock her bar with what she needs to do her job and they expect her to cook while serving drinks? Felt bad for her as other patrons might not be as understanding as we were. She’s aces though….

Staff barely greets, seemed not in good moods during the 3 nights we stayed. Not very friendly! Besides the manager who talked to us when we checked out. Facility is noise canceled, you don’t hear the planes although close to the airport. Very clean rooms with microwave and mini fridge.

My family had to do some unplanned hotel stays due to weather delays at the Phoenix Airport, coupled with only two weekend flights to our destination. All of the management personnel at Aloft are amazing people! We had a fairly complex perdiciment with some extreme travel fatigue making things seem more difficult than they really were. Each manager we worked with really went out of their way to calm my family down, get us into a room at 2am. We initially worked with Josh H. at Aloft, and he was quite literally heaven sent. Without his assistance we would have been sleeping on the airport floor for two days!!! The rooms are all newly renovated, clean, and very sleek. Lobby is great with a pool table and welcoming vibe.

We were unable to check into the Aloft Sky Harbor hotel due to us booking through expedia/3rd party booking agent. Aloft had 3 rooms left but we were turned away due to expedia booking. Was forced to walk across street to another hotel, dealing with homeless and mentally unstable individuals. Terrible experience. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be rectified
