Quiet neighborhood with easy access to major freeways and access to a beautiful walking path with art along the canal system. Walking distance to cute bars and restaurants in the Melrose District with close light rail access.
Driving: The home is situated in an area that has close access to two major freeways that can quickly get you to any part of the valley.
Biking: The area has ample bike lanes that allow safe travel to the downtown area (approx 3.5 miles). The canal pathway is also available for access to nearby restaurants and bars.
Walking: The Melrose District (restaurants, some shopping, coffee, bars) is 0.8 miles walking the canal.
Public Transit: 0.8 miles to the 19th Ave/Camelback light rail stop. 1.5 miles to the Central / Camelback light rail stop. Local bus routes are also available.
Parking: There are two assigned carport spots at the back of the unit marked with the unit number. Street parking is also available in front and in the side of the building.

The pool is located in the center of the complex and takes a few minutes to walk to from the unit.

This property is on a semi busy side street so there is slight road noise during the day/night. A photo of the front and back of the booking parties license will be required prior to check in. This will be collected via the fully secure AirBnB app messaging.
Smoking inside the property will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250.
A maximum of 6 guests are allowed at the property. Additional undisclosed guests may result in additional fees and/or a cancellation of the remaining reservation.
Parties are not allowed. If a party is discovered an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be charged and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled.
Pets are not allowed and subject to an additional fee if $250 if discovered in additional to a cancellation of the remainder of the reservation.
- Any stays approved for 28 days or longer will require the guest to sign a formal lease agreement and/or complete process with affiliated Arizona Real Estate Brokerage or property owner. This ensures the protection of both parties for extended stays.
