The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with cozy beds and plenty of storage space to make you feel right at home.

Families are always welcome! We’ve included a pack-n-play sleeper, kids' dinnerware, life jackets, arm floaties, and a variety of pool toys to ensure little ones have a great time.

Relax in the spacious living room with a 65-inch Smart TV, a cozy sofa, and plenty of seating for everyone. The home is equipped with free Wi-Fi, fresh linens and towels, central A/C, ceiling fans, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

PARKING
The private driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles, with free street parking available as well. We kindly ask guests to prioritize driveway parking to respect our neighbors’ space.

HOUSE RULES

No parties after 10 PM to comply with Scottsdale’s strict noise ordinance. Fines of up to $1,000 will be billed to guests if violations occur.
Pets are not allowed unless written consent is provided.
Smoking is prohibited inside the home.
Guest verification is required through Superhog for compliance and safety (excludes Airbnb and VRBO bookings).
