This home has everything you need to base your exploration of the Phoenix area. After a day of exploring come home to the perfect home to relax and enjoy your evening. Loved the home! Loved the back yard facilities and the natural gas fire pit! Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home

Our stay at this home was great. Beautiful home. Furniture was beautiful, comfortable and clean. We just had to bring ourselves in with food and drinks. Everything was available to us. Backyard was beautiful with a bbq we were able to use once the rain stopped. We come to visit family in Goodyear and this will be a home we would like to return to.

What a wonderful stay we had! We were wowed when we arrived. The home was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you'd need.The backyard was an oasis and we loved the built in BBQ and gas fire pit. Lori is a wonderful host and looked after anything we needed. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful area. We looked forward to our sunset evening walks. The house is close to the Presidio Clubhouse which includes a heated pool, gym and restaurant. Would definitely recommend this property!

Family and friends vacation

The property is just as advertised and even better! Very impressed with furniture as we are seniors and usually rentals have uncomfortable furniture! There is everything in the house you would ever need to feel like home! Immaculately clean! The outside area is just beautiful!!! Lori, the host, is extremely responsive and helpful for every question you may have. Definitely don’t hesitate to book this house! You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful home and very clien!

Spacious home for four adults and two small children. Kitchen had all amenities of home. Backyard private and safe area for the kids to play. Loved the firepit and making s'mores under the stars. Short walk to the playground at end of the street was a daily activity. Short drive to pickleball courts or golf was great fun for the adults. Home owner was a pleasure to work with.

Amazing oasis

For the first time in quite a few VRBO stays we finally had a clean house, and I mean it! It was just as described and pictured, we had everything we could think of to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Lori even had shampoo and conditioner in the showers. It was refreshing to have matching nice towels, hangers in the closet, matching nice dishes, glasses and silverware. The patio and grill were amazing to have and enjoy the nice weather. We are definitely looking forward to staying again next year.

Highly Recommend!

The property was as advertised. Spacious kitchen and great room, providing ample space to unwind and prepare meals. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of basics for cooking. Outdoor space was beautiful and the grill was really nice to have. The bedrooms were all comfortable and spacious. The laundry facilities were also great to have. I would highly recommend this property. Bright, clean and immaculately maintained. Lori was great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
