Bathroom shower had film on the walls and the soap from previous visitor was still in the shower. Cleaning product smell so strong i could not eat in the room. Road noise throughout the room. I think the road is a raceway. Did not get more than 2hrs sleep. I should have just drove the extra 3hrs to be home.

Arrived at 5pm and room was not ready. Around 30 minutes later, the room was ready, but still dirty. Would recommend staying away from this property. Fortunately, Expedia refunded our stay. Unfortunately, we had to find somewhere else to stay last minute.

Fact is. This property was 25 miles away from my planned destination. I never made it there because I couldn't find it. By the time I called it was too late and too far away.. Don't know how AI pulled it off... As a result never got there and canceled the reservation.. Twas a horrific evening of lost confusion & severe frustration. NOT HAPPY.

Towels had yellow stains and hairs on them, floor didn't appear to be swept or mopped, shower floor didn't appear to be looked at, chair near bed appeared to have some sort of leftovers on it not appearing wiped down; Desk, hangar bar, counter top near door, sink counter, toilet seat, shower handle and fridge handle along with plastic components within the fridge all appeared to have fingerprints. The only 2 objects in the room appearing to be clean after a second glance were the top of the bed and the hand towel. This is what I had saw after I was told by the front desk to wait 15 minutes after 3pm, the posted check in time, (turned out to be 20) for "The room to be cleaned". The A/C unit was giving me allergies 1 hour after I entered the room. The above contents were the experience of my stay for the duration of 3.5 hours.

The motel was extremely clean. Just one issue was 2 dirty towels in the bathroom which they changed as soon as I mentioned it. The person behind the desk was really more than helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
