No notice of the closure of the ramp off the interstate. When calling for directions the staff member had no idea how to direct us and left us hanging on the phone. Luckily we eventually figured out how to get to the hotel. It was 15 minutes later and the staff never came back on the phone, even to find out if we were ok or to say she was trying to get directions. Staff should have a better working knowledge of the area, street names etc…
