Was a nice house but there was not much on the extra side. Very basic and missing a lot of items such as batteries for the remotes, dish washing soap, any kind of note or communication about what to do leaving or arriving in the unit except what was said on Vrbo. only 1 drinking glass and 1 old fry pans. Was ok, but looks like was upgraded really fast with no personal touch to it. Everything very basic.

3-Day golf trip

Perfect for a spot to sleep, shower, grab a bite and head out to next 18 holes. Excellent communication, house is as described-simple, but well kept.

We really enjoyed this property. Location is excellent. Wish we owned it :). Pool is not heated so with our January visit it wasn’t usable. We hope to plan a summer stay so we can enjoy the pool.

Fantastic Place

This house is in a nice neighbourhood, very clean, tidy and has all the amenities you could need, including a swimming pool. The owner communicates very quickly to any questions. I can't recommend this place enough. This time it was a vacation, but next time I'm in Phoenix for a conference I'll stay here instead of a hotel :)

Large pool
needed cleaning. Back yard totally barren. Floors very dirty. Kitchen adequately furnished but not enough spoons. Bathroom tub faucet broken. Disappointed.

Very nice 2 bedroom home with private pool. Unfortunately water was a bit too cold to swim but didn’t change anything about my stay. Would highly recommend . Affordable and clean simple home. Check in was effortless and home was just as listed

Nice little house in a great location

This house is nicely updated and very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to highways. It was too cold to use the nice big pool, but we still would have liked to have some chaise loungers to sit on and enjoy the perfect weather and sunshine. Although the back yard was private and spacious, it's not much to look at. The 2 bedrooms are large and our beds were quite comfortable. All in all, it suited our needs quite well and we felt we got a great value.

Great home

This is a great home for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The kitchen is large and great for cooking, but some of the cookware was in disparate need of an upgrade. The frying pans were almost unusable. I think they forgot to leave us enough linens. There was no bath mat and we only had two towels one of which was stained. Not a big deal, but it would be great if a few extra towels and a bath mat were provided. That said, these are very minor issues and we were sad to leave and would stay here again. I enjoyed working from the tranquil back patio.

Great home!

Had a great stay in this home. Had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to all questions and very helpful. Home is updated nicely. Had a few small issues that the owner responded to quickly. The pool needed a good cleaning but as it was chilly when we were there we did not use it. Outside space is lovely with nice patio table and chairs. Neighboorhood is nice and quiet. Location for us was excellent.

Awesome Location!

Had a great time visiting the area. While we chose not to venture out too much during Covid upswing, we enjoyed the awesome pool. Never felt hot while lounging in the water. House was perfect! Close to grocery!

Wonderful little house

We will try to make it back to this wonderful little house. The poolside table and chairs with awning were a delight. We ate breakfast out there every day. Beds were comfortable and everything was very nice. A definite winner! Nearby businesses for food etc.

3 night in Tempe

It was a perfect place for our trip to watch the ASU-USC football game. Very comfortable and we enjoyed the warm evenings on the patio. Restaurants, airport and services are all nearby.
