LIVING ROOM: The living room provides a welcoming atmosphere, featuring a cozy sectional couch and a flat-screen TV for entertainment.

GAMEROOM: Entertainment galore in our game room! Enjoy a TV, pool table, and shuffleboard for endless fun and relaxation during your stay.

KITCHEN: Our all-white kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances – refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Equipped with all your basic cooking needs, it's a culinary haven. The added breakfast bar invites you to savor your meals in style.

DINING AREA: Eat meals together in our inviting dining area, complemented by a convenient breakfast bar.

OUTDOOR/POOL AREA: Step outside into your private outdoor oasis, complete with a refreshing pool. Please note that the pool is not heated, providing a cool respite on warm Arizona days. The backyard also has a fire pit, grill, and plenty of space for a soccer game! Unwind in our charming outdoor seating area. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail, this cozy space is the perfect retreat.

Parking Policy: Due to HOA regulations effective April 1, 2026, guests may park a maximum of two vehicles in the driveway only (parked perpendicular to the home and not blocking sidewalks), temporary guest street parking is limited to 10 consecutive hours, and RVs, boats, trailers, oversized vehicles over 1-ton, and commercial/work trucks with logos, ladders, tools, or visible equipment are strictly prohibited; violations may result in HOA fines assessed to the reservation (1st notice warning, 2nd notice $75, 3rd notice $150, 4th notice $250 and possible legal action, with fines up to $2,000 for serious violations).

Directions: From the I-10, I will head south on Verrado Way, then turn west on Yuma Rd. Afterward, I will go north on Windmill Village Blvd S. From there, I will head west on Devin Dr, and your property will be located on the south side of the street.

- Our home is in an HOA community.
- Parking is available at the park.
- Our driveway provides two parking spots and if needed we do have our Rv gate for additional parking.
- There is no overnight parking in the street.
- The I-10 freeway is within 10 minutes of the home. This freeway will get you to your destination is the quickest time possible.

The unit has keyless entry allowing for personalized key code access. If you have any questions, send us a message via the app, and we will promptly respond to you. We're committed to ensuring that you enjoy your stay!
Our property manager Joel will always be available via phone call, text, or email. All of his information will be in our Welcome Guide. Upon request, Joel can be there for your check-in. This home also uses a keypad for contactless entry.
