Enjoy open concept spaces where the kitchen flows into the main living areas, perfect for the whole group to gather together where there is still plenty of space for all. Let your inner chef shine through in the gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed to prep a feast for everyone to enjoy together. Challenge your friends to a game of Foosball, or pull out a board game. Lots of kid-friendly features to be found here: fenced pool, playhouse outside in the grass, Pack N Play, highchair, kid-sized bean bag chairs, black out curtains and light projector with stars in the bunkbed room, kids books and games, and more!

The huge primary suite features a cozy King bed, en suite luxe bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities and lots of closet space. Dedicated work space inside the primary bedroom. The other two bedrooms have a Queen bed, and an XL Twin-over-Queen bunk bed with smart TV’s in all bedrooms. Both bathrooms come fully stocked with lots of amenities for our guests to make their stay oh-so-easy: ample toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, fluffy towels, Q-tips, make-up towels, tissues, cleaning supplies and more.

Head out to the backyard to your cozy private retreat! Have fun splashing in the pool while soaking up the sun. Little ones can enjoy playing on the shallow baha shelf while the rest of the group can grab a pool float and lay back looking up at the tall palm trees. Parents can rest easy knowing the pool is fully fenced! Enjoy sharing favorite stories around the fire table while the little ones play in the playhouse. Gas grill provided for guests in the back yard, and real grass out back as well perfect for your furry companions.

Guests have full access to the entire house, including a full laundry room and 2-car garage. This is a single-story house in a quiet suburban neighborhood on a cul-de-sac.

The Fine Print:
Check-in & check-out is contactless by door code provided prior to check-in. Guest Handbook provided at the house to ensure guests have all pertinent info.

No Check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

Pet Policy: Maximum of 2 well-behaved pets per stay. $100 pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. All pets must be potty trained, stay off furniture, be older than 1-year old, and no aggressive breeds. Owner agrees to clean up all signs of the pets before check out.

No unauthorized early check-ins.
No bag drops prior to check in.
Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.
Guests cannot receive mail / packages here through the US postal service.
