Stayed for an extended time while finishing up some work had to extend multiple times chose here because of pet policy my interaction with Bobbie at front desk and the couple times with Jeff the general manager were always quick and efficient very friendly staff if in Mesa area I I definitely recommend staying there

Everything was broken… fridge didn’t work, said they have anymore to replace.. laundry room didn’t work, dresser drawers were missing as well as lamp shades. No water pressure couldn’t rinse

I reserved for a non-smoking room but they placed my family in a smoking room. The room really smelled bad with the noxious smell of cigarette. The bed was wobbly and the toilet was poorly maintained. There were no soap and shampoo provided except for tissue. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We ask them to fix the tv in our room several times no came to fix them and housekeeping never came to clean the room I had to clean the room several times and take out the trash and no soap and shampoo and we didn’t get any new towels when we ask for new ones the room was semi clean had small roaches one of the lamp stop working and the parking lot was alright and the staff was decent some where nice and some where not so friendly and a lot of crime at night the cops were there every night of my stay and it was just not a good stay

This was one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed. There were disturbing stains everywhere- even on the ceiling. I’ll never go back.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Bad area, horrible night staff! We were very delayed and called the hotel at 6pm informing them we were still coming and would not be arriving until 3 or 4 am. They said no problem they are here 24/hrs and would make a not in the reservation. We arrived at 3:45am extremely tired and ready to sleep. We were greeted by someone getting out of a beat up car in the parking lot doing who knows what. She does not let me in the lobby and points me to a window to speak with here. Before I even tell her my name she says she has canceled my reservation as a no show. I asked if she knows who I am and that I called and she cuts me off and says yes and my reservation has been canceled. I start to talk again and let her know I called and there should be a note and she just repeated over and over "it doesn't matter and I don't care" she said I had to close off at 3am and she charged me 1 night and canceled the remaining 2 nights. If I wanted I could make a new reservation at a higher rate! I was so frustrated and tired and didn't know what to do. I went back to the car and the tears started to flow. My husband got out and went to the window to try to reason with her and she called the police on him. Not once did he threaten her! We waited for the police and they even said this is a bad area you don't want to stay here. We booked another hotel in a much safer area (the police gave us suggestions). I hope I can save someone else the trouble we went through.
