Visitors with a sense of style will appreciate this homey condo in Phoenix's Biltmore Corridor. Conveniently located just minutes from Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor International Airport and ASU, this condo offers all the comforts of home and then some. It's near golf, shopping, great bistros and fine dining, hiking, biking, and more.

This single-level, second-floor 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo has two queen beds, making it ideal as an executive apartment, girls' getaway, or romantic retreat. Beautifully furnished and well appointed, the living room and dining area/breakfast bar have comfy seating, and a large, flat-screen TV. The bedrooms feature high-end linens, soft pillows, and great recessed lighting with dimmers throughout.

The kitchen is a dream with plenty of additional appliances, plenty of nice glassware, dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, pots, pans, baking and plenty of storage. Visitors find this special kitchen ideal for entertaining especially with the granite countertops and large open dining area.

The front private patio is perfect for sipping wine with a friend or working on your laptop with our high speed WiFi.

Note: There are two townhomes of similar size --you can rent one or both for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths! Contact owner to check availability for both at the same time. These townhomes offers a tranquil setting perfect for relaxation and close to everything one could desire. The large, beautiful community pool is a wonderful spot to enjoy on your own or for entertaining.

Biltmore Fashion Park and Scottsdale Fashion Square's easy access makes this getaway a shopper's paradise. The prime central Phoenix location means that everything is nearby: movies, live music, wine bars, Chase Field, Phoenix Art Museum, Desert Botanical Garden and much more. Trader Joe's, Sprouts and L.A. Fitness are within walking distance.

For those spending a winter in the area, this lock-and-leave condo is a good place to use as a base for visiting Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, Sedona/Oak Creek Canyon, Flagstaff and Prescott. Nearby freeways I-40, I-10, I-17 and SR 51 take you anywhere in no time!

Property was in ideal location. Great shopping just blocks away. The furniture was comfortable with so many personal touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Would hope to get this unit again when in Phoenix!

Perfect family home

We had 4 adults staying and our fight and two friends( that go to GCU) joined us for dinner. We grilled by the pool and had a wonderful time. The home was very clean and comfy. Would definitely rent again.

Phoenix Biltmore Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Family Friendly Condo in Phoenix Biltmore. It was extremely clean and comfortable and exactly as described. It was close to the airport, shopping, restaurants, golf courses and freeways to take you to other places such as Sedona. Would highly recommend staying at this condo.

An excellent stay

This was an excellent stay. All went superbly well. We will certainly consider this condo the next time! Only two points to note: the blocked drain of the bath was very quickly fixed (well done) and there were some suspect black spots around door rim of washing machine.
