The sweet Fountain Hills Studio is comparable to a luxury hotel room. It's been newly furnished and includes a comfy king size bed, sofa, table for two, dresser, tv, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and limited dishes. The studio is bright, cheerful and clean!
There is a washer & dryer on premises.
This studio is located steps to the pool, hot tub, grills and laundry room. The Gunsight studio is walking distance to the fountain, downtown area and a fitness center that allows short term membership.

Beautifully located in Fountain Hills

The efficiency unit is exactly as pictured/described. My husband and I stayed 27 days and enjoyed the central location near everything in Fountain Hills, and an easy drive to Scottsdale, Mesa/Red Mountain and the ASU campus to visit our grandson. Each day we were out exploring the gorgeous Fountain Hills area and nearby communities of Rio Verde and Tonto Verde and play golf at the nearby courses of Desert Canyon and WaKaPoh. We appreciated the clean and comfortable efficiency unit to come back to at night. Especially liked the short walk down to the Fountain Hills famous fountain and our daily walk around the lake.

Perfect place for my wife and I to stay. We were visiting family in Fountain Hills, it was a quick drive to their place. The room had everything we needed for the week we were there. Excellent interaction with the hosts. We were traveling from the mid-west via Amtrak and were able to get all the details arranged before we left for the three day train trip. There were areas on the run that didn't have cell coverage and there wasn't any connectivity on the train itself.
