The perfect home for a family vacation as it sleeps up to 8 guests, has two living rooms, fully stocked kitchen, 2.5 baths and a private, backyard pool (can be heated for additional fee) with covered patio and bbq grill. Also a great property for the weekend getaway trips because of its excellent location to all the necessary amenities and the convenience of numerous nearby activities, such as World Wildlife Zoo, tennis, golf, MLB stadiums, Surprise recreational park, fishing, hiking, biking, bowling, movie theater, restaurants etc

Our weekend tennis tournament was made so much more comfortable because of this lovely home. It was everything we needed, very comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the companionship of teammates/friends. Oh, and did I mention the wonderful hot tub and pool to soothe muscles and joints. Communication with property manager, Wes, was the very best of any of my prior VRBO rentals. I highly recommend this wonderful home.

Property fits a family's need perfectly. Kids can swim while adults hang out. Home has everything you need. Very clean as well which is important for toddlers that like to crawl around.

Great Getaway

This house was perfect for a family get together. Our five-year-old spent as much time as possible in the heated pool and the adults enjoyed relaxing outside as well. We ate several meals at the house and the kitchen was stocked with all sorts of helpful items and plenty of dishes and silverware. The bedrooms are spaced out well, which allowed for our different families to have our own area when needed. All around a great place to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

What a wonderful house!

We came to the Phoenix area to attend a couple of spring training baseball games. This house was centrally located and made it easy to get to both stadiums. In addition, there is a Target, Walmart, and Sprouts nearby. It was wonderful to get up in the morning and sit by the pool and read. The pool is just the right size and the backyard is beautiful. The house met all of our needs and was very clean and comfortable. We could watch the March Madness basketball games in our down time and play games and enjoy each others' company.I would definitely stay here again! The manager was super responsive and friendly.

The property is amazing. It was very clean. The pool had some issues at first but the owners fixed it and we enjoyed the heck out of it. I did have to text owner for a wifi password but they were very willing to give it to me. I will definitely stay there again.

Great home for a Phoenix Reunion!

Whether it’s a group of friends or extended family, this home has something for everyone. It has four good-sized and well-furnished bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths, with enough space to accommodate even more people. The kitchen is well-appointed and equipped, off a large family room with large wall-mounted TV. There’s a nice, enclosed, back yard with seating, a grill, a hot tub and a swimming pool. The owner, Wes, is in close contact and is very kind. Wes and this home made our reunion a great success! Thanks, Wes!

Great Accommodations - Very Comfortable

Perfect location to access great golf and other activities. The house is very nice and comfortable. The owner made sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating when our plans needed to be modified (we arrived early due to airline issues). We would stay here again. Five Stars and two thumbs up.

Came out to play in a tennis tournament with friends. House is in a Great location near the tennis center and the hot tub hit the spot in the evenings!Bedroom and bathroom set up was perfect for the five of us to spread out. Well stocked and communication with owner was fantastic!

Outstanding in every way

First i would like to thank the owner Julie for being so great. She is so easy to work with and very quick to respond to anything. Now for the home. I will only stay here whenever i come to surprise, phoenix area. This is by far the best VBRO i have ever stayed in and i have stayed in a lot. Most were very nice but this is a 10+. If it is available book it anything else is second best. The pool is great. Very private setting. Neighbors are so quite you would not know there were any. Fully stocked kitchen TV’s everywhere. The master is huge and so comfortable. Close to everything. Again best place to stay. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful home!!

We had a fabulous time with our family! We were close to our daughter, who attends OUAZ, close to restaurants, grocery stores and so much more!! Julie was amazing!!! The one thing I’d love to see different is to be able to heat the hot tub and pool at the same time! But that would not keep us from staying there again! Thank you so much Julie!!! Nice home, great location.

Everything was nice and super easy in terms of check in, check out. Clean location and quiet neighborhood. The pillow cases may have been the softest on which I’ve ever slept. We wish the hot tub and pool could be heated simultaneously but that was the only thing we would change. Great place and Julie was easy to reach.
