My room key didn't work had to mpve to another room but neofre thay I had to continously go to get took them a long time to get us into a room elevator wasn't working either so we had to take the stairs and on top of that parking in permises is not included you have to pay for it and on top of that there wasn't any parking available we had to park in the street

Sergio was so nice checking me in, the room was incredible, although the tv remote in the bedroom did not work. I didn't want to bother anyone about it.But I did mention it at the front desk when I checked out.

Rooms were spacious and clean, though a little outdated. There was one member of the staff who made check in a little difficult, but we didn't have any other issues. The scenic area in the center of the hotel is a nice touch. I would stay here again.
