Everything at this hotel is still quite new, which is great. The room was comfortable and had a kitchenette with a good sized fridge. There is plenty of space to put your things especially if you are staying for more than a day or two. My only complaint is the bathroom design. There is only one light in there, a jarring bright white which made showering very uncomfortable because it is shining harshly on you. When the bathroom door is open it takes up a good chunk of space blocking your way from sink to the shower stall. A sliding barn door design would have made it feel more spacious. There was also an obvious brown water stain on the shower floor which was unappealing and a surprise as this is a newly built hotel. Breakfast starts early (6am) and had good options (waffle maker, toast and bagels, cereal, oatmeal, make your own sausage egg sandwich, etc). Aside from the bathroom this is a great hotel to stay in, comfortable, spacious, clean, convenient. There are restaurants, grocery stores, shopping plazas just a few minutes away (by car). I would consider coming back if I need to be in the Goodyear area.
