Room smells like smoke cigarettes and weed dead cockroach in the refrigerator, dirty curtains, there’s wear and tear all around the room. BEWARE!!!! Pictures and descriptions are deceiving. Dirty table and bathroom. There’s people smoking cigarettes and marihuana, right in front of the rooms and hallways. There is homeless people living with their dogs in the premises, they are in the first floor. They shouldn’t be running this business. I’m requesting a refund!!!

Smoke alarm beeping nonstop, housekeeping did nothing after I asked for a battery and I’d put it in. Didn’t stay bcuz the neighbors were practically f’n on the front door area. Needless to say ya get whatcha pay for.

The room is to old and once’s you open the door smell like a dead rat. A lot of guys are just walking around and doing some coke. I don’t feel safe at all and that’s when we decide to just get another hotel in the next day

The security at the hotel refused to extend the stay I had booked for my friend, citing false charges that she allowed previously ejected guests to enter the room overnight. There is no evidence other than ‘no Ted’ from the security staff that cannot be directly contacted. These false charges required me to cancel the extended reservation, and my friend will be forced to sleep on the streets tonight while my refund is stuck in processing. This property should be removed from your service if they can just kick out paying customers with zero evidence of any wrongdoing.
