Welcome to our brand new airbnb. Your unit is totally private, with a private entrance, as well as another entrnce to the pool area from your privare bathroom. We are centrally located in Phoenix, and offer a lot activities within a short car ride. Golf, hiking, biking, restaurants, museums, and sports arenas. After hard day of sightseeing, come and relax in our pool. We provide BBQ grills and a firepit for those chilly nights.
The space
This unit is a private apartment, with its own private entrance, in a 4 apartment unit . It is attached by one wall to the main unit. You have your own heating and AC.

Great Value, Better than Hotel!

The room/suite was modern, nice and clean, just a few small issues. No paper towels (were advertised), closet light not working, first night very tight parking, were too many cars for a residence VRBO. Exterior motion light at bckyard gate not on very long (needed to put in gate code), and the motion light at the room door didn't come on at all. The bed pillows could use freshening, and the sheets are very worn, not sure if they were clean or not.Exterior of building could use some paint snd repairs, but

Perfect stay for a couple

This was mine and my partners second year staying at this location. We enjoy the feeling of it being behind a locked gate and more private. The area seems friendly, and the unit is kept clean and organized. Easy check in and good AC/Fan in unit as well (needed for those hot days) pool is a great addition, a little too cold for us in November, but overall very nice! Good price as well. Shampoo/body wash are supplied which is nice. Only thing I would recommend is more towels for people like us who stay 10 nights.. there’s only 3. Along with we did get woken up at 6AM on the weekend from neighbour sun another unit in the household banging, yelling and clearing throwing stuff and fighting. We decided to mind our own business and try falling back asleep

Short Phoenix break

This was the first time I ever rented a VRBO. It was a very positive experience. The room was comfortable and the location was close to everything. The only thing I would change, there are no lights outside near the door making it hard to see at night.

The suite was comfortable, clean, and trendy. The bed felt AMAZING, the A/C blew wonderfully! This was a great decision, as I had never used VRBO before. The bathroom
. That shower was PHENOMENAL!!!! The door leading from the bathroom to the pool gave me a little unease because the door separating the bedroom and the bathroom does not close. Therefore I could not secure the bedroom from the bathroom which had a door that led to outside. Other than that, my stay was enjoyable, comfortable, and affordable! I would definitely recommend this host! Thank you🙏

It was a cozy little studio that was good for just me while I was visiting family. It was by a lot of restaurants and things to do. The parking was a little tight but I got used to it after a few nights. I would stay again.

From checking in to checking out everything was straight forward and easy! The unit was clean, tidy and so very cute. Bed was SO cozy and comfy! And the shower was just splendid as well.
