Gorgeous home in the heart of beautiful Litchfield Park AZ! This spacious 2500sqft home is on a corner lot, with an extremely private, resort style backyard featuring a heated pebble-tec pool, large spa, gas fire pit, water feature, outdoor BBQ Kitchen, and poolside daybed! The large palm trees and spacious turf area deliver the peace and relaxation of a private resort. The home has 4 large bedrooms (King, King, Queen, Queen) 3 large bathrooms and will accommodate up to 8 comfortably. The spacious kitchen features granite countertops and a large breakfast bar that opens to the living room, providing plenty of space for everyone to gather for meals, drinks, movies, and games! Meals are easy here with double ovens, an electric cooktop, and all the appliances and utensils of a fully equipped kitchen. Several HDTVs, 2 large sofas, a formal dining room, as well as a private workspace also provide plenty of room to spread out when desired. The home was recently purchased by its new owner as a vacation home and all the furnishings and decor are brand new.

Litchfield Park is a beautiful community with tree lined streets, parks and walking paths, built around the renowned Wigwam Golf Resort featuring three 18 hole golf courses, a full service spa, and 3 restaurants. The quaint downtown of Litchfield Park also has several restaurants and the nearby city of Goodyear is home to all your favorite eateries, stores and entertainment venues, as well as 2 more golf clubs within a 5 minute drive. If you're planning to visit the West Valley of PHX you should plan on staying in here! We look forward to hosting you!

Het is een heerlijk en zeer compleet huis! Geweldig lekkere bedden met schone lakens en de meubels zijn zeer comfortabel. De keuken is compleet en met zorg en aandacht ingericht. Werkelijk alles wat we nodig hadden was terug te vinden in de kastjes. De tuin is ook heel erg fijn. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de grote BBQ (met wat vrienden die over kwamen), de Jaccuzi en de fire pit. Alles doet het direct en doet het oook goed. De wijk is heerlijk rustig en winkels en restaurants allemaal binnen 10 minuten te berijden. Wij zaten er met onze 2 volwassen zoons en die ruimte om je heen is geweldig. Feels like home! Zou zo een tweede keer in deze mooie woning willen verblijven.

A bit of paradise

One of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in. The home is decorated with great taste and comfortable furniture. The pool area is like a tropical garden. You will be treated by there staff like a family member. This is a must stay.

A Nice Get Away

The house was in a nice neighborhood, where you take nice walks in the morning. We had a few hiccups during our stay. Contacted the host and they were taken care of right away. It was close to major league spring training games. A lot of nice restaurants in the area.

We had a great time. Had a small problem with blower on the hot tub and management fixed it on a Saturday evening which was much appreciated! The home is layed out nicely for quiet time and gathering and is bigger than it looks in the pictures.

Beautiful and spacious home. We received response to any questions about the property before arrival. Easy check-in and timely responses to any questions while at the property from Kerry. Everything was as advertised and more. Home had everything we wanted - heated pool, hot tub and firepit all included in the price. Washer and dryer worked great. Great kitchen and outdoor grill. Comfortable beds. Only drawback might be the planes from the nearby military base but that is nitpicking. We would definitely stay here again.

Annual Golf Trip

This house was perfect for our annual golf trip. The layout, with the four rooms gave everyone in our group their own space, very comfortably. We enjoyed sitting in the spa in the evening watching the hockey game on the portable TV that is available. The house is very well equipped with everything you would need and more. Kerry gave us early check in, which was much appreciated as we got to town quite early. If I had to give this house any negativity, it would be the outdoor furniture could use an upgrading as it is getting a little tattered, although this isn’t reason enough for me to not come back. You will not be disappointed if you book this property.

Review

So I was acquainted by Kerry, who was very accommodating and understanding to our needs. This place was nice. I was impressed with the property and the communication from our host. If I am being completely honest I will make a few suggestions. Everyone agreed that a television is all room would have been nice. A full size ironing board and a better iron would be nice as well. These items are not deal breakers and do not take away from the fact that this was a 5 star experience. Just a few suggestions to only enhance future experiences. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend.

Baseball Showcase Week

We stayed with another couple and their 16 year old son. There was ample space for the boys to have their own rooms, a great Jack and Jill bathroom to share. The living room was perfect for the parents to hang out while the boys made the dining room the study area. We swam and cooked out. Perfect area to enjoy the evening!

Awesome Stay

Really enjoyed this home. Good layout, beds are super comfortable, open kitchen and living room. Several grocery stores close by as well as a few nice golf courses. Early check in was accommodated, thank you. The backyard is beautiful. It was hot when we were there so never used hot tub but the pool was fantastic. Neighborhood is quiet. Would stay again

Relaxing Getaway

This is a great property in a nice location in AZ. The home was spacious, clean and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The heated pool and spa were an added bonus for our stay. Would highly recommend this home for your vacation.
