Home with Pool and Hot Tub - Luxury in Scottsdale

This stunning home is located in a sought-after neighborhood that is close to the popular Scottsdale attractions Kierland and the Quarter where you can enjoy a multitude of restaurants, shopping and more!

This two-story home offers a spacious 3,200 square feet, six bedrooms and three bathrooms to sleep up to 18 guests — perfect for larger groups.

You'll enter the property via the front door and will be greeted by the front pool table and game room with a Smart TV and bar area. Then you will take a few steps into the main great room, with the living room, kitchen and dining areas.

Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings including couches and accent chairs, a Smart TV, decorative fireplace (non-operational). This room has an open ambiance with lots of natural light and high ceilings.

Kitchen: The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a glass-top electric range, and an island bar with seating for four. There's also a convenient desk area.

Dining Room: The dining room has seating for eight guests. This area offers access to the patio spaces.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (main level) — King size bed, Smart TV, and the ensuite bathroom offers two vanity areas, spacious tile shower and a separate soaking tub. There is access to the backyard from the master bathroom as well.

There are shared bathrooms on the main and upper level, each with a walk-in shower.

Outdoor patio spaces
The outdoor areas are not to be missed. There's a pool and an above ground hot tub. Enjoy the putting green, bocce ball court and other yard games. Have a grilled favorite on the built-in BBQ grill. Gather around the fireplace with seating for some conversation and enjoy the views.

Pool: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $70 per day. During unpredictably cold weather, pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
**Pool Equipment Reminder: Please do NOT tamper with or remove the pool vacuum/robot. This is on a timer and cannot be left out of the water.
Failure to do so can damage the pump and will result in a $500 fee.

This is very nice house in a good location near Kierland. House is as advertised and great for a big group with 6 bedrooms. Would stay here again when back in Scottsdale.

Great spot for a friends getaway

Group of 9 adults stayed for a long weekend to hit up a few spring training baseball games. House had a great layout, bedrooms were nice and the pool/hot tub was perfect. The outdoor games gave us a perfect reason to hang out and enjoy being with friends. Definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic Property! The hosts thought of everything!

Hands down the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! The amenities were everything we needed and more to entertain the kids and adults – the heated pool was an added bonus during cool nights. The home and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals at home and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hosts were easy to work with and great a communication.

The location of this home was perfect for me and 7 work mates to stay in for our conference. We were close to restaurants, stores, and just a short drive from the airport. The home was very clean, inviting and spacious. We had plenty of room for each of us to have our own bed! All of the supplies we needed were provided. I would definitely recommend this property

Overall great experience. Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags, laundry detergent. Lots of pool towels. Great grill and outdoor fireplace! Highly recommend.

Great house for a group with a great location.

We had a group of 8 adults celebrating a Birthday. The house was great. The location was perfect t for us as it was just a rather quit Uber ride from airport and main places we wanted to be for restaurants etc. We kept talking about how all the beds in the house were very comfortable which you don’t always get! We loved it and would highly recommend.

Perfect spot for a Bachelorette!

Everyone was so impressed with the property. Clean, safe location, amazing inside! We had an issue with the heated pool. We called them and they sent over maintenence within an hour. Everyone was super friendly that we have spoken to.

Great entertainment house for our group of 8

Lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. Not familiar with the Phoenix area but felt the location was centrally located- seems like everything is “20 minutes away”, including the airport. Unfortunately the weather was not in our favor to enjoy the outdoor activities- putting greens, pool/hot tub, corn hole set, etc. We would definitely rent this spot again!

Holiday visit

The house was just as advertised and perfect for a multigenerational holiday celebration. Clean and very well appointed, the owners really thought through everything. The large table and great cooking equipment was perfect, and the backyard was awesome- beautiful fire area, hot tub and putting green. Even had the chance to play chess with the large outdoor set. Only challenges were small- such as no hooks in upper bathroom and outlets in upper bathroom were non operational. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again when our families come out to visit our parents.

Very nice place.

Need to do a walkthrough and pictures if possible. They are charging me for something we did not do. There was a basketball hoop that was bent when we got there. And my mistake was not to take a picture of it.

Yes, i would say this was an average property. It did work so I am not saying anything bad, but average place. Host was good prior to arrival, but after that, again average. We ask for the pool to be heated. As early as Friday noted that pool was not heated. There was some communication, but in the end I have no idea if it was heated. No one used the pool. way too cold. And if that is the temp they wanted, they should have told me because I would not have agreed to it. And many leaves in it. Please note, we should not be charged for heat of pool and if we are, this rating will go from average to terrible. Were unable to get the TV's in bedroom to log into streaming. Anyways, that is our opinion.
