Our suite is beautiful, comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Visit our affordable luxury resort style condo in a gated complex. Situated just outside of lovely Phoenix, Arizona on the border of Mesa and Gilbert. Walk into our suite off the green space with No stairs in this ground floor unit. Two master bedrooms, King bed in one Queen in the other (both new mattresses) each with their own private ensuite. Our unit provides you with plenty of room for your family and friends.

Your stay includes 3 Smart TV's including a 50" TV in living area and 42" TVs in each bedroom, basic cable, upgraded DVR, you can tape 6 shows at once and voice activated remotes. Blue ray, upgraded Wi-Fi and in suite laundry for your convenience. Each room includes new Hunter fans with remotes. For your security, park in our single car garage or park just outside the door!

Enjoy your own private outdoor patio in the morning, hit the gym for a workout or take advantage of the other great amenities on site.

This complex has 2 beautiful pools (1 heated), spa, poolside Wi-Fi, excellent fitness center, lounge with pool table, a business center, and gas BBQs. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and our corner unit looks right on to the green space.

This property is ideally located and is surrounded by excellent golf courses, restaurants and fabulous shopping.

10 Minutes from Mesa-Gateway Airport and 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

Banner Hospital is conveniently located right around the corner.

Both pool areas were clean and the chairs were in good condition. Nice green space within the complex and unit opened to it. The unit itself was fine, you get what you pay for. Walkable to 2 grocery stores and multiple restaurants. Way too many speed bumps in the parking lot!

Condo was very clean. Owner was great at communicating with us. Great location to get around the area including groceries, restaurants, etc. It had everything we needed for cooking. King bed was a little soft for me but we moved to queen which was just right. You do need to bring pods for the Keurig coffee maker.

This is a very clean beautiful condo! It was very convenient to everything that we wanted to do in Gilbert. We were visiting our son and his family. Our granddaughters loved the playground and the heated pool! Greg was a great host, responded very quickly anytime I contacted him. Will probably stay there again, as we have family in the area.

Wry nice spot

We stayed for over three weeks and enjoyed our time. The gym and pools are great and the property is very nice. Location is convenient. We explored many local parks and particularly enjoyed Tonto National Forest. The condo is well stocked with everything you would need.

Easy Holiday Stay in Mesa

The property was exactly as advertised, and the communication about the check-in process and how to get into the unit and everything else was incredibly clear. Good location on the Southeast side of Mesa, right by Banner Gateway. Didn't really take advantage of anything other than a place to stay over Christmas, but appreciate how easy everything was and how well it all worked.

Thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, well equipped, very comfortable, very clean condo. The kitchen was very well appointed, the living room was comfy and allowed for spending time just chatting and relaxing. Mom was very comfortable in her room, as were my fiancée and I. Property was great for our stay in Mesa visiting family. Close to freeways but quiet. The unit had everything we needed for 2 teenagers and my wife and I. Pool and hot tub were nice. I wish we could have stayed longer. :-)

Great experience from start to finish

Stayed here with my son and daughter-in-law for a family gathering in Mesa. The property is clean, quiet, comfortable, well appointed and the grounds are cared for as well. The unit had everything we needed. I would rent this again in a heartbeat.
