Our spacious 4 bedroom (see below for bed configuration), 2 1/2 bathroom home has been newly renovated, including a fresh paint job and updated flooring. Walk into a space that boasts a modern, bright, and elegant style that is sure to elevate your mood, and exude a relaxing ambiance. Very nice, clean, lots of seating for hosting family

Stayed while attending a wedding. We were able to host pre wedding activities and we enjoyed the pool area (although too cold to swim); it was nice sitting outside and visiting!

Great size for our family and great area

Pros: We loved that this was in a normal neighborhood with other families around. It was quiet felt very safe. My adult daughters loved the decor in the house and it had a great vibe. They loved your coffee table, and the sage smudge stick and palo santo were great touches. The extra large king size bed in the main bedroom was awesome and super comfortable, and much needed with my 6 ft 4 in husband. We slept great in there! And since the master suite is HUGE, we loved having our own little getaway downstairs. The kids were all comfortable upstairs, even with 4 adult children and 1 teen. The pool was great, and even though the waterfall feature wasn't working while we were there, they still had a great time. We loved that there were two dining tables and two different seating areas for the family to spread out. And the table in the front room was a great large size for family games. We loved that we could just come and go with the keypad on the door, so no keys to keep track of. Cons: Honestly just minor things. There wasn't a toaster, but my daughter got by with bagels that weren't toasted. She lived. And we didn't realize it was a pet friendly property. It really was very clean even for a pet property, but there was a vague smell that smelled a bit like a litterbox. I still think there was one hidden in one of the locked doors with their personal items. But it was nothing that a little Febreze and a candle couldn't fix. Overall, it was a great place!

Outstanding home if you have a pet

Beautiful home with all the amenities, comfortable beds, modern appliances! However since they allow pets, there was a strong pet odor and upon returning home that smell was in all the clothes we packed. There is an Alen air purifier which helped.

Family Vacation

Overall, I thought the property was good. Great location to be with our daughter and it allowed for pets as well. It was clean and big enough for our Christmas vacation, and we loved the big-screen TV in the main area. It did seem as though it needed some renovations, especially when it came to the main bathrooms and shower. Low water pressure and both showers had a constant leak at the base. Looks like normal wear but I would recommend upgrading the main bathrooms and changing all the carpets in the entire house. There is an odor in the house that more than likely came from the dogs and cats that have stayed there throughout the rentals. As I said, we had a great stay with the family, and a few renovations will get this property back on top.
