**HEATED POOL is an OPTIONAL amenity. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated. To keep prices low and conserve energy, we only heat the pool for requests made at least 3 days prior to check-in. Pool heating is only offered October-April. Also only available the consecutive nights of guests' entire stay; at $35 per night.

Pool heater is set to 82 degrees. Average water temperature can range +/- 5 degrees; depending on weather.

Pool heating is confirmed and charged 3 days prior to check-in and paid through an additional money request.

• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.

We do have members of our team who may visit the property during your stay. They include landscaping, pool maintenance crews and trash service to take the trash cans out to the curb.

For your safety, exterior security cameras are located at the driveway, pool area, and the east and west sides of the house. No cameras are inside the home or in any private spaces.

Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am.

We loved our stay here. It was very spacious, clean, comfortable and the host was amazing. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and close to shopping, food and the freeway. Definitely would stay again.

The property was very accommodating for 18 people. Without everyone being on top of each other. All household items fully stocked. All furniture very comfortable. Outdoor area very entertaining.
Pool size just right. Make sure you discuss having the pool heated before your arrival if that’s what you would like

This property is truly a gem here in Mesa. The home is beautiful, clean, well kept, and has so many wonderful amenities. From the pool, to the game room, to the theater room, it has it all! What makes it even better is the host! Derek is so good to work with and his communication and care for those that he is hosting are second to none! Great experience and definitely recommend this property and host!

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! The house is an amazing split level. You walk in the front door into the main livingroom with attached open kitchen, breakfast nook, and dining table. There are 2 bedrooms located down a set of 5 stairs. These are the bunk room and king-size bed and a full bathroom with tub/shower. Also on this level is the second livingroom with the pull out couch and the theater room (my kids loved this room so much! ) From the main livingroom up about 10 stairs are the rest of the rooms. The main bedroom, king size bed, 2 queens, and full bath with tub/shower. The only draw back is that there is no bathroom on the level with the main livingroom. This was not a problem for my group. Out the back door from the main living room is the pool, lounge chairs, gazebo with fire pit, mini golf, and corn hole. There are pool toys, towels, and floaties available for use. The outdoor couch was quite comfortable and in shade all day. In the garage is all the gaming amenities. This was the second most popular place for the family to hangout. Everything is as pictured and in working condition. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the essentials and more. We had a group of 16 and had plenty of dishes to accommodate. We 100% recommend this place for anyone needing a house with plenty of entertainment. Definitely came in handy after a long day out sightseeing. The owner communicated all instructions clearly and responded to a questions quickly.
