The Space:

- Spacious Group Layout: A fully equipped kitchen and open living area provide plenty of room for up to 10 guests to gather comfortably.

- Pet Friendly: We love dogs! Your non-service pups are welcome to join the trip for a small fee, and they will appreciate having a fully fenced backyard to play freely.



🏠 Inside the Home:

- Living: Our open concept layout provides seating to gather, featuring a pool table and a card table right in the action.

- Kitchen: Equipped for group meals with an electric stove, microwave, blender, and an essential coffee maker.

- Bed: Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests. Two rooms feature beds, one room has two twin over twin bunk beds, and the fourth room has a single twin over twin bunk bed.

- Bath: Three full bathrooms feature bathtubs, hot water, and complimentary basic toiletries.



⚠️ Honest Expectations:

- Maintenance & Outdoor Spaces: The outdoor patio area is currently undergoing active maintenance. The yard is currently best utilized simply as a fenced space for pets.

- Minimalist Storage: Bedrooms feature minimal furniture.

- Entertainment Logistics: We have a card table with seating for three, but please bring your own playing cards. Additionally, there is no TV in the primary bedroom.

- Urban Noise: The primary bedroom backs up to a major road, so you will experience typical city street noise and street lights. We highly recommend packing earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

- Cosmetic Quirks: This home is a well-loved rental and does have some minor cosmetic wear.



Guest Access:

- Enjoy a seamless arrival with our self-check in process using a lockbox.

• You have full access to the home, with parking available in the driveway or free street parking.

• Please do not park in the landscaping rocks.

This house is very spacious and close enough to the city without being in the city… Love the decor and it was very clean!Chris responded quickly to messages and was accommodating..Having a coffee shop right across the street was a big plus!!! Easy to Waymo to and from the city!

We had a group of 5 men visiting Phoenix for senior softball tournament. The fact this Vrbo has 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms was great! The space is laid out well and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

My team of leaders loved this home. It provided adequate space for 7 adults (3 couples 1 unaccompanied) to have their own rooms. The three bathrooms, with showers, were great for the size of our group.We had plenty of meeting space, separate from the kitchen/dining areas. The TV was large enough for us to gather around for a video webinar.The home is conveniently located near a coffee shop and grocer for essentials.We would definitely stay again.

Great location for Fairgrounds

Property is well located to the fairgrounds and was a nice easy 5 minute drive versus our 1-1.5 Hour drive from our AZ residence. Had some hiccups that we communicated to the owner that he is going to address and we were totally bummed about no hot tub! We were looking to enjoy that after the long days at the fair but it was not working.

While the property was clean and spacious it did not live up to the representations made in the property description. The photos and property description are outdated and are not an accurate reflection of what's on site. There's only 3 (not 4) chairs around the card table and no playing cards. The "private outdoor oasis" could not be utilized. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub. Prior to booking the property manager confirmed the hot tub would be working but when we got there only jets for 2 of the seats worked and only at one speed. Additionally there was no step/stool to use to get into the hot tub. Needless to say we did use the hot tub. There was no seating for the patio which eliminated using the patio and the fire pit. The were no yard games to play, no corn hole, no giant Jenga, nothing but a stack of buckets and a few deflated balls. The bunk beds only had a fitted sheet and comforter, they did not have a top/flat sheet. The beds in the other 2 bedrooms were described as being queen size beds but they looked more like full size beds. There was minimal furniture in the bedrooms and a few hangers in each of the closets which forces you to basically live out of your suitcase. Only one of the bedrooms has a dresser and it's probably because one set of bunk beds is blocking access to the closet in that room.While the property manager was timely with responding to our communications, resolution to the issues were not.

Could not have been more disappointed in our stay. Kitchen We rent houses so we can cook at home and not have to eat out for every meal, but we could not use the Kitchen- 1) There was only one 9” skillet in the entire kitchen to cook with, so no cooking for our family. 2) There was a coffee maker but no coffee pot, so no coffee. The cabinet door under the sink had a broken hinge and basically fell off when opened and the handle on the other door was missing a screw and fell down too. Laundry We rent houses to be able to wash clothes when needed. This house has a washer and dryer but the detergent is locked in a cabinet so no use of washer and dryer Toiletries and soaps There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the entire house for our family to share so we had to buy our own. There was 1 bottle of hand soap that was almost empty for our family to share between the 3 bathrooms The information advertised that there was a blow dryer so I left mine at home. There was no blow dryer so I had to go buy one. Jacuzzi was filthy with extremely cloudy and dirty water. Had to empty, clean, and refill the jacuzzi ourselves the first night. The jacuzzi never got over 86 so we could not use it. The pool table bumper pads are broken and missing pool balls. The trash cans are overflowing with extra trash bags stuffed in the side yard leaving no place for our trash The motion lights in the backyard kept turning on at random, shining into the master bedroom all night.
