6. 14-day plus rentals require additional cleaning fees and any stays 21-day plus also require a $1000 refundable security deposit (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
No refund for cancellations within 30 days. Must cancel prior to 30 days to receive a refund. (shorter stays can remain with the current cancellation policy).
7. The home is sprayed monthly for pests. Unfortunately due to climate and mother nature, some pests can still make their way through. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating on the bed because ants are smart and fast.
