Beautiful welcoming home in a nice neighborhood and convenient to 202, and 20 minutes from the airport. Beautiful kitchen! The backyard is the highlight of this property. Lots of covered outdoor seating and a beautiful pool and attached spa. I'll definitely come here on my future Arizona trips.

Nice Place

The place was great the pool and hot tub were amazing and the owner was very easy to work with. The house is a little older but nice big rooms and everything that you needed.

We had a great time. House was nice but DEFINATELY needs a furniture update...living room furniture was very worn. Patio furniture was also very worn out. Cushions were blowout & not very clean, the lawn chairs also worn. Should probably be the next purchase to bring up to date.

House was great and we loved the hot tub and pool. Definitely recommend heating it for this time of year. John was a great host and was quick to help when needed. Would recommend this house!

Couldn’t have loved it more

The property was gorgeous, the house was clean, stocked, and spacious, and the owner was quick to respond and very kind. This vacation for us was one of our favorites, and this beautiful property contributed a huge chunk of that. If we need to stay in Arizona again, we would definitely stay here.

Open layout and nice big backyard

This was a perfect house and location for our family. We settled in and moved around comfortably and the kids of course loved the big backyard and pool. It was a little cool during our stay so pool heat was a must. Well kept and well stocked! We had a great time!

Comfortable, roomy house for family vacation

The house is cozy and has enough space for a family vacation. Beds are comfortable. The furnishings, appliances, etc., are all as described. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and clean, perfect for sunbathing and cooling off when the midday sun shines. Property location is directly under an extremely busy airport flight path (low-flying planes pass overhead every minute or so), so don't expect a quiet backyard poolside place to sleep.

Comfortable House

We had a great stay. So comfortable and very close to airport. The only issue could be the proximity to the very busy airport. Planes coming and going over house all day. If inside house, it’s quiet. Outside it is extremely loud. Unfortunately, that takes away a little, from outside activity.

Sent a message to the booking agent already for several issues. Bummed we spent extra money staying here when for a jacuzzi we couldn’t use due to us being unwilling to pay extra fees. When we could have found something closer to the venue much cheaper. Overall this place just needs some maintenance.

Great House in Mesa

We had a great time in this really nice house in a quiet neighborhood in Mesa. The property was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. All features were just as described and the pictures accurately represent the house. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Outdoor speakers on the back patio were a plus. John was responsive and super helpful with setting up the hot tub. The garage was available for our use which was a nice surprise. There was also a Keurig coffee maker in addition to the auto drip and a coffee grinder as well. I highly recommend this house.

Perfect house and location!

First time visiting Arizona from the Pacific North West! Loved everything about this house! Great quiet neighborhood. Was nice to walk around. There’s a pedestrian path that connects the Cubs and A’s stadiums near by. Also a great park by the Cubs stadium. The location is central to many other great locations in Gilbert, Scottsdale and Tempe. Downtown Mesa was great with nice restaurants and the Natural History Museum. The house was well cared for and clean. The beds were super comfy. The bathrooms spacious. Everything we needed for cooking was already available. Great living space and dinning area. The backyard with pool is amazing. Again well cared for and a place we couldn’t get enough of. BBQ available, comfy chairs, very private backyard as well. The host was great and answered any questions we had. We plan on making this at least a yearly trip now. We won’t bother looking for anywhere else to stay as this was perfect. Thanks so much for having us!
