Relax and enjoy the community amenities, including multiple pools open daily from 8 AM to 9 PM. For outdoor fun, explore the playgrounds, pickleball and tennis courts, basketball courts, and picnic areas. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, this Mesa home has everything you need for a memorable stay!

Ideally situated in Mesa near the 101 and 60 freeways, this location offers effortless access to the entire metro valley. Whether you're heading to nearby attractions or exploring the broader Phoenix area, getting around is a breeze from this prime location.

Sleeping arrangement:

Second Bedroom: Queen bed

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

*Owner requires one extra day between guests for home repairs and extra cleaning.
$25 to replace the community key fob if lost/missing during your stay
Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time)
Large groups of all adults under 50 years old may not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews may not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old may not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance may not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account may not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card or for someone else may not be accepted.
No street parking at all times. The driveway and garage are available for your use.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings may be required on reservations over 30 days.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.

*Attention City of Mesa and guests. This is NOT a short term rental. Anyone who books for less than a month will have days added to their reservation for free in order to comply with the community rules and city and state rules. *
