This is an artist's home with unique and friendly works, spacious and relaxing. Back porch with fans, nice yard for bbq and pitfire. Great for work-at-home folks, and makers, with lots of windows, French doors to the backyard, hummingbird feeders, and a natural Arizona landscape that encourages critters like quail, and bunnies. Fox, coyote, and javelina have also been seen in the neighborhood. Gas stove with a lighted hood and great chef's kitchen with full supplies/utensils. TV and fast T-Mobile internet and Google Nest controls for lighting.

The home was in a quiet neighborhood that was only 30 minutes from the airport. It was conveniently located near highway access for easy touring of the state and city. There was also a major grocery chain nearby. The house was nicely appointed and a great place to relax at the end of the day.

We stayed for about 8 weeks and the home worked out well for us. It was pretty conveniently located, neighborhood was quiet. The back patio was nice for sitting outside. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for a longer stay. Owner was very responsive.

Absolutely fabulous place and location. You can literally walk about a block and be out on one of the many great walking/mountain biking trails in the area. We utilized the trails quite frequently while we stayed here. We had sold our home and needed a nesting spot while we waited for our new place to close.While we never actually met Michelle (owner) we traded texts and a phone call for a few details which got worked out.The home is very comfy and has a full compliment of kitchen ware and supplies.My only wish is that this plce would be available in Feb when we come back as snobirds for a few weeks !Cheers & T Y Michelle.

Clean, relaxing and enjoyable

Morning coffee on the patio, watching the hummingbirds, looking at the mountains was a great way to start the day. The neighbordhood was quiet and the house was interesting and well-suited to our needs. The dog had plentyroom.

Wonderful

Wonderful house in a very quiet neighborhood. Walk out the door and you have access to miles of Phoenix Mountain preserve hiking . The house itself is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean.It has a large, nicely landscaped backyard with patio and a fully equipped kitchen. The neighbors are super friendly too. We really enjoyed our stay.
