Step inside to 2,200 square feet of thoughtfully designed space. Two inviting living areas include a dedicated media room with a 60-inch 4K TV, Xbox One Digital, and a dual-reclining media couch—perfect for movie nights or game days. A gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, a coffee corner, and ample dining space makes mealtime a pleasure. Three bedrooms, including a king and two queens, feature top-quality mattresses and linens for a restful night’s sleep. Additional sleeping options include a daybed couch, sleeper ottoman, and queen air bed, allowing the home to accommodate larger groups comfortably.

Outdoors, your private oasis awaits. Relax on poolside lounge chairs, take a dip in the heated pool (available for an additional daily fee). Enjoy shaded patios, lush turf, a built-in BBQ, and plenty of seating for dining or lounging. The secure block-walled backyard ensures privacy while you unwind.

Wonderful Home

Beautiful updated, clean home in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to old town. Home is well equipped, having all of our basic needs, beds were comfortable. Great pool and backyard to relax in. Great communication with host, MaryAnn & Rolf. We will be back.

The perfect house for our early Thanksgiving trip

The house had everything that we needed. We didn’t end up cooking, but I noticed that there were spices, oil and a few other basics had we chosen to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. There was also sugar for my tea. The backyard was nice and the chaise lounges were nice to soak up some AZ sun. The neighborhood was quiet and close to so many good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Visiting son who goes to ASU, short 20 min drive to campus. House was great, all the things you need and want in a vrbo. Owners where very responsive when ask questions. Throughly enjoyed stay.

Beautiful Home - Great Location

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. Everything is in tip top condition and is extremely clean. The house is beautifully decorated. I especially enjoyed the recliner! It was so comfortable. The pool and backyard are beautiful. The location was perfect for us. Very close to Old Town and the airport. We'd definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The property is beautiful, well maintained and clean. It is also well located. We did not have a car and had no issues getting Ubers where we wanted to go. The book left by the owners was very helpful with where items in the house were located and how to get around the city. My only suggestion would be that a light be left on for late arriving guests :)

Holiday Family Time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We paid to heat the pool so our 4-year-old granddaughter swam every day. The kitchen is huge, which was great because we were celebrating the holidays together and did lots of baking and cooking. The location is excellent -- two grocery stores very close. Others may be more interested in the nearby nightlife, but for us this home was just a great place for all of us to gather and enjoy one another.

Winter vacation break in Scottsdale.

We loved the "Pool House" property for our weekend vacation in Scottsdale. The house is clean, nicely decorated and appointed, well located and just the right size. The pool and backyard are wonderful (even for a rainy weekend). The location is excellent - 6 min from Old Scottsdale and 4 min from the 101 (great for our trips to the Barrett Jackson auction). Maryann is a responsive, excellent host. We are already planning our return trip to the property. One of the best VRBOs we have rented.

Amazing place to stay!!

This home is beautiful! It is clean, and has absolutely everything you need to make your stay easy and fun! The pool is perfect. The outdoor space is so quiet and great for a weekend getaway. The host is so helpful and responds quickly. The home has the most comfortable beds and has such great space for movie watching and a huge kitchen! We will be back. I would recommend this home to anyone!! Pet friendly also!!
