Step into a Scottsdale escape where mornings can begin with coffee in the fresh desert air and evenings wind down beside a glowing firepit. Spend your days moving easily between the optional heated pool, the hot tub, and games on the putting green, then settle into spacious interiors designed for comfort. This home gives you both space to gather and places to retreat, making it a welcoming base for your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom includes a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, closet, and TV. A second bedroom offers a queen size bed, while the third provides one full bed and one twin bed. The fourth bedroom holds three twin beds, ideal for flexible group sleeping needs.

Indoor spaces
The living area invites you to relax together, with a TV for shared viewing and plenty of room to spread out. A well-equipped kitchen makes it simple to prepare meals with essentials such as pots and pans, oil, salt, and pepper, plus appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and drip coffee maker. A dining table and wine glasses set the scene for shared meals. Guests will also find high speed wireless internet and an additional TV in the primary bedroom.

Bedroom and laundry
You will have access to a washer and free dryer in the unit, as well as an iron, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades for restful sleep. Towels, bed linens, and other essentials are provided.

Outdoor living
The backyard is fully fenced and designed for both relaxation and play. Alongside the pool and hot tub, you will find outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a BBQ grill with propane, and a firepit for gathering under the night sky. A private patio and outdoor dining area provide even more space to enjoy time outside.

Family-friendly touches
Traveling with little ones is made easier with a pack ’n play, convertible high chair, children’s dinnerware, and a selection of board games and books for downtime.

Safety and security
The property is equipped with noise decibel monitors, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. An exterior security camera is located at the front door, with no cameras inside or in the backyard.

Practical details
This single-level home offers easy access with no stairs. Parking is available on the driveway and free street parking is also nearby. Entry is simple with keypad self check-in. The home is pet-friendly, and assistance animals are always allowed.

A short drive brings you to local golf courses and Old Town Scottsdale, making it easy to combine leisure at home with outings around the city.
