The Space:
Welcome to our property!
Please read our policies before booking. They answer most of the questions our guests have and provide important information regarding our properties. Please note that this homes furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property.

This is a superbly decorated 2 BR, 2 Bath, condo that is walking distance to Westworld. The location is awesome and the condo is even more so. Professionally designed and decorated with no expenses spared. Oh, did we mention it has a community heated pool and hot tub. Gorgeous area, gorgeous condo. The condo is 1300 square feet with high ceilings and has been recently upgraded, updated, newly furnished with all new plush furniture, and otherwise just a beautiful space.

*Please keep in mind this home is only available for longer term stays, and must have a 30 day lease. If you have a shorter stay we may be able to accommodate you at one of our other properties. Please ask us about other properties that we may have available for shorter time frames.

COMMON AREAS:
Kitchen, dining room and living room. A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. Alternative workspace available in the living room with dedicated desk space.

(Children supplies such as highchair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

The condo comes with 1 covered parking space and additional uncovered parking.

PETS:
***Please let us know if you have pets as dogs (30 lbs and under only, 3 max) are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned, you may need to purchase some of these items.

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.

LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
*We do not have control or authority over the community vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) they have access the grounds and service may occur during your stay.

You will have access to all areas of the condo. You also have access to the laundry area if you`ve been on the road for a while, and the kitchen in case you want to cook a home-cooked meal.

Quite clean community in North Scottsdale.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 10-20 minutes to many popular destinations.
Feel free to ask about distances, and I`ll let you know average drive times.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning

Great N Scottsdale location, quiet complex, condo was very clean and luxurious. Only problem we had was it took 2-3 times to get the automatic lock to open the door. Would definitely recommend and will be back for sure.

Like New! Well decorated and furnished with a lot of space for my family.

We truly enjoyed every moment at the condo, including the swimming pool and hot tub only a very short walk away. Unit had dual zone climate control, newest electronics, very well furnished with a great layout to accommodate any large family. Here are some more details describing this wonderful unit: Kitchen - great space, all necessary (and higher quality) cooking ware, utensils, glass ware, serving ware, etc). All new appliances and plenty of counter space to make the kitchen your own. Bedrooms & Bathrooms - wonderful quality beds and linens. Enough towels for weeks. Great master bathroom and shower, including walking closet and dressers for cloths. 2nd bedroom was plenty big for my two boys and also had an adjacent bathroom with similar amenities as the master bathroom. Family room/dining room - great layout and furniture to make it a great place to relax. Dining room table perfectly located to watch tv right between kitchen and family room. Overall, great stay and Jon is unbelievably nice to work with and responsive. Any question I hand (and believe me I tend to have a lot of them) was answered immediately via the app messenger. Great place and look forward to renting again.
