Many very bad things here, and I don’t even send cold food back at a diner. Running water is loaded with salts, undrinkable. I was very sick yet front desk refused to let me buy water - only bringing 4 bottles at a time. Confusing signs / missing my suite number in a very dangerous cliffside property. Tub drain sliced my finger. Single line to front desk, rings forever or is busy. Beautiful place, hazardous to your health.

We were there for 50th bday. Great resort. The falls waterpark area was great. We got a cabana and service was great. Would come back for staycation.

The resort is quite large, lovely up in nestled hills. We were there a busy holiday weekend so it was loud with sleep being a challenge HOWEVER I must underscore that it was a holiday weekend and I’m sure any travel at this time would be the same. It’s worth another visit!

We had a fantastic stay after the craziness of check in on a busy Saturday. Pools were clean and warm. Plenty of areas for smaller children to get in the water without issue. Service at the bar and around the larger pools was amazing! We definitely plan to return in the future.

We stayed during busiest weekend. The campus is huge be prepared to walk a lot or call a ride which they offer. Golfing was phenomenal. Rooms were comfy. Pool was cold on a hot summer day - we will definitely return
