Welcome to our spacious private guest suite designed for comfort and privacy. Enjoy a bright, open layout perfect for short or extended stays. Centrally located Scottsdale, Arizona - 5 miles to Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter, 3 miles to Talking Stick Resort, and 7 miles to Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale. Close to top attractions and golf courses, yet tucked in a quiet neighborhood to relax and recharge.

Our guesthouse suite is partially attached to the main home only by a laundry room, which acts as a buffer between spaces. You’ll have your own fully private suite, and while we live on the property, your stay is designed so you won’t feel our presence unless you need us.

The suite is thoughtfully set up to feel like a small apartment, perfect for solo travelers or couples. Guests can expect:
• A comfortable sleeping area
• A private bathroom and kitchen. Laundry access is available for a fee.
• A clean, quiet, and cozy environment
• Climate control for year-round comfort

You’ll enjoy covered parking in the carport with a direct, private entry to the suite. From your parking spot, you’ll walk straight to your own entrance door—no shared spaces and no need to pass through the main home.

While we live on the property, we are respectful of our guests’ space and interactions are none or minimal unless you need assistance.

• You may occasionally hear normal household sounds, as with most guesthouse-style accommodations.
• The suite is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise.
• Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM — no loud music, parties, or excessive noise after this time.
• We do not charge a cleaning fee, so please place all used towels in the hamper or one spot and bag all trash, disposing of it in the bins by the entry door. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee.
