The property was clean indoors and outdoors. Check-in was fast and the staff was friendly and efficient. The housekeeping staff does a great job maintaining the property clean and smelling fresh. There were dining options close by and the freeway was easily accessible. What I didn't like is that one night I encountered some sketchy-looking people walking in the parking lot, towards the back of the property. Other than that incident I felt safe. I will be traveling to the Phoneix area next month for another of my son's baseball tournaments and I will definitely consider booking this same hotel.

NEVER STAY ST REDROOF INN!!

First off just want to say my first time and LAST time ever staying at a red roof inn!! Front desk clerk extremely RUDE!! Had a late check in around midnight. Was working. And the front desk clerk was extremely rude. Not to mention for the price of the stay and no breakfast of any sort. Just some really bad tasting coffee. And also the morning front desk person. Also extremely rude. I ask for a printed cope of a receipt. She told me very rudely that she can’t get me one since I booked the room on line. I told her that I need a paper receipt or I don’t get reimbursed for my stay. Which as a matter of fact I DID NOT GET REIMBURSED FROM WORK!! She told me very rudely that since I booked online that that’s good enough to show my boss. I expressed myself and walked out!! I will sleep in my truck than stay at any redroof inn, Ever again!! If redroof had the last available room i wouldn’t get it, I would sleep in the back of my truck outside!!’ I travel every week for work. Stay in motels as a second home. never, NEVER HAVE I HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!

The AC unit was very noisy, with an overly noisy compressor. I had to turn it off to sleep but then the AC compressor in the adjecant room to the north was even louder and could hear it thru the wall! I got maybe 4 hours of sleep. Fix the damned AC units please!

Absolutely horrible experience. Rude staff, no hot water, no help, no bottled water on the premises. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The hotel was overbooked and the cleaning crew had already went home. My room was unprepared, but the night manager went WAY above and beyond and cleaned my room well (not her job, but she got to work and made it right!) that level of service needs a shoutout! The room was clean and quiet. I noticed the fire doors we blocked open. They are always supposed to close, so, there’s that fire code violation. Still, above and beyond service.

Property was clean, maid staff and maintenance were always cleaning. Stayed 3 nights and the TV never worked. Asked more than once for front desk to fix but never happened. Tissues in the room were little travel packs so you only had about 4-5 tissues. This property is good for one night but I would not recommend more than that.

My only complaint was the comfort of the pillows. One was especially lumpy. I contacted front reception and requested an additional pillow and was informed that there was not any available (I found that difficult to believe). I had a very bad neck strain the rest of our stay. p.s. there should be an additional trash can in room, other than just the one under bathroom sink

Poor quality rooms

Our stay was quite poor and I will not be staying at a Red Roof Inn again. We spent $160 for one night for a very unclean and poor looking room. There was paint splattered in spots all over the floor from renovations (very poor painting job). Additionally, the floor was unclean. It had not been swept or vacuumed. There was leftover food on the floor and a pill! The chair in the room was completely sliced and there were holes in the wall. Finally, the plumbing under the sink was not sealed properly to the drywall. I will say the bed was comfortable but the pillows were 4 small squares (never seen that before). Overall, for the amount we spent it was very poor quality. It felt icky.
