Beautiful & spacious vacation home located in one of the best areas in AZ; only minutes away from i17 & loop 101 freeway, several hiking trails, shopping centers, and Scottsdale/Anthem. The Large backyard has a sparkling pool, luxurious spa, propane grill, outdoor lounge furniture, patio seating, additional dining table, pool floats/toys, and yard games. Both adult size & kid floats available. There is a pool heating fee if you want the pool heated during your stay. Enjoy the amazing weather & peace of living in a quiet environment. Solar String lights surrounding the backyard. Friendly family neighborhood, perfect for those who are looking for a getaway experience.

This fully furnished home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a large luxurious soaking bathtub in the master bathroom. Dressers in each room. Two large living rooms with one TV down stairs & one TV in the upstairs open loft living room. Both TVs are connected with ROKU allowing full streaming options. The sliding door has a closing door system & Child safety latch to provide security for families with small children. High chair, Baby bathtub, baby bouncer chair & Child safety Gates are available for guest use; please send a request to the property manager prior to arrival if you need the baby/toddler items.

All equipped with home appliances, Ninja coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, rice cooker, slow cookers, blender, large walk in kitchen pantry, cookware, dishes, extra linens, iron and ironing board, Dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, cleaning supplies, paper towels, kitchen cooking essentials, fire extinguisher, etc.. An attractive and affordable option for groups, families and couples. Occupancy limit is 10 guests. Additional guests are welcome however there is an added fee. A second table is available with chairs for large groups.

The AIR HOCKEY TABLE & POOL TABLE game is on the first floor.
Board games, books, coloring books, Kid’s Easel, table top games & LOTS of kid toys are available for all ages.

This vacation home provides lots of outdoor space to grill and dine or just lounge in the sun. The kitchen is stocked with all needed cooking equipment, dishes & utensils. Property WiFi is available for guests.

Pet friendly home with a chemical free enclosed backyard. Water / Food bowls & doggie bags are provided. A Pet deposit fee is required.

The house was as described. Immaculately clean. Tris did a great job of communicating and responding to any issues. I gave it overall a 4 instead of 5 because there were a couple of minor issues-a burned out light in the bathroom and some initial issues with the hot tub. Also some of the blinds did not work.

Great place, just not for us.

Wonderful place to stay!! Enjoyed the house very much. Wish there was more seating in the living room to watch TV. Wished the bedrooms all had TV’s in them. Enjoyed the backyard patio. A TV would be nice to have out there too. We enjoyed the pool and spa for half of the week. The heater stopped working, so it was frustrating that we spent extra money to have the pool heated and we didn’t get to enjoy it for the last half of our stay. The rocks around the pool got annoying. We had to wear our shoes to enjoy the table by the pool when we ate outside. The neighbors liked to smoke pot, so that got annoying too.

The property was excellent, very clean, had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. **Review for Our VRBO Stay** We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The neighborhood was cute, nice, and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property features a great pool and spa, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and amenities provided. Great place to stay

We came down with a couple of friends to get away from the cold of Alaska. The house was clean and spacious. The pool was heated and ready to go when we arrived. Check in and out was very simple. House had all the amenities needed. Just a quick trip to the grocery store ( less than 5 minutes away). Would definitely go back there again.

Quiet, friendly neighborhood, close to hiking trails and had a bike/walking path around the development that was so convenient for walking my dogs who were with me on the trip. Hot tub was nice. We had the pool heated for a few days and it was warm but the weather cold & rainy so we didn’t really use the pool. The location was good for me, close to family, but may not be ideal for someone looking to be where there’s lots of action but it’s great if you want a local to enjoy sunshine and outdoors. The host was very helpful and always responsive.

Great Property

This is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and spacious for small family. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyed by all. Slight issue with some smells from a neighbor so I had to keep my kids inside during certain times, especially mornings. I did inform the property manager because that was a little frustrating, she went out of her to contact the neighbor and apologized to us, but unfortunately it did not help the situation so instead we adjusted our backyard and pool use times frames.

This house was clean, kitchen had everything we needed to make big meals, cozy couches, comfortable beds, great pool, and in a very nice neighborhood. Trish is an excellent communicator who made us feel welcome and at home! She went above and beyond any other host we have ever dealt with in our many years of travel. I highly recommend renting this house!

Amazing experience

We stay at Tricia’s property for one week. House was better than expected, fully equipped kitchen, the pool was a blast and beds were comfortable. Property is located north Phoenix close to I-17, Walmart is about 2 miles. My whole family enjoyed the house and they all agreed how pretty it was. We will definitely will look to stay here again in all future trips to Phoenix. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Property and Great Host

We were so pleased with our stay that we are already planning our next trip to this home. This was a perfect place for my family (2 young boys and a new puppy). The pictures accurately describe the property, yet it was so much better than we expected. The home had every item we needed and was well thought-out. We appreciate that the host treated us like adults, entrusting us with their beautiful home. We really felt like they were intentional about making our vacation memorable instead of seeing us as a short-term renter. We left another property early because of how the host treated us. This host and property more than made up for the poor experience from the previous host. We highly recommend this property.
