Worst hotel in the world. Our room got flooded in the middle of the day from clogged toilet from the upper room.

This property is horrible. It should not even be in business. They are dirty. They have people roaming around the facility. They don’t even have TVs on the wall. There are holes in the wall. The doors look like someone has been trying to break them open the window don’t have screens on them. This is a very poor establishment and I do not recommend this to anybody especially people who are traveling with kids. This place does not look like anything that the website is showing. This is false advertisement. I do not recommend anyone stay here.

Roach Motel

We paid for a 2 queen beds in a room, they didn’t have one. There was no tv, no working AC, roaches everywhere, only one bed so someone had to sleep on the floor. Obscene words written on the walls in the bathroom. Holes and mold in the bathroom. The front door doesn’t close all the way. Requested credit or refund they refused and kicked us out.

This place is a total dump, filthy, holes in floor and walls, no tv. It looks like a place that you would rent for the hour. Signs in the lobby about no guns, we had to show ID for both of us. If I wasn't so tired I would have not have stayed. Don't stay here! I expected better through Expedia. A cockroach just crawled over my foot!

If you want this to be your last night on earth...

Toilet seat had a very weird drawing on it, see pic. There was feces on the toilet seat. Electrical sockets are exposed see pic. Fan in bathroom missing from ceiling see pic.The sink faucet was so loose it almost came off the counter when I tried to use it. Door deadbolt lock is broken. Light bulbs have no shades on them, just bare bulbs. This is like a Quentin Tarantino movie. Never stay here.

Disgusting

Most disgusting room I’ve ever seen. And I was told it was there best when inquiring about another room. Water damaged floor and ceiling. No bathroom door. No shower curtain. Toilet seat was from a men’s room, the U shaped kind. No lid. Wasn’t about to touch that bed. Turned in key and left.

Horrible place to go

Roof was cracked and water damaged, looks like a crack den, outlets missing, no smoking sign but smelled like someone smoked 3 packs a day in it, wouldn't stay there if I got paid to do so. I don't believe this place would pass an inspection for health and safety

Got to the property at 3 to check in but was told it was closed until 3:30 so we left. We got back around 8-9pm. Once checked in went to room and we put the lock on and got stuck in the room (had to use my phone as an hammer to get the lock to open) and the bed and headboard were all messed up. Went back to the office to try a different room. The second room was soooo much worse!!! Every drawer was open on the dresser, there was 1 pillow, the tiles were broken going to the bathroom, the floor was all messed up in the room area, the shower rod was bent in half and all rusted, the air vent in the bathroom was missing, there were holes in the wall, the ceiling has water damage and the door was all banged up. Rooms smell like cigarettes and as soon as you open the car door smells like sewer. I have a 5 month old and could not stay there. Currently in the process of trying to get a refund through Expedia because of this disaster hotel. Had to find another place at night in a city I don’t know.
