**Pool is heated and SPA**

Parking is in the covered spaces in the Maya complex. The condo comes with one parking pass that will be needed to park in covered or numbers parking spaces. Uncovered parking is free but access may be limited due to traffic.

We will not be there in person, but we are available on the AirBnB app between the hours of 8am-9pm.

You can walk just about anywhere in Old Town Scottsdale! We suggest Uber/Lyft if you don`t have a car

This condo is part of the Maya Condo Association and is subject to all local association rules and regulations.

NO PARTIES or LOUD NOISE: Neighbors have been informed to call the cops if there is loud noise or suspicion of a party. If the cops are called, there will be a $750 fine

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND! IF THE HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SMOKE, THERE WILL BE A $750 CHARGE FOR DEODORIZING THE HOME
