Bedroom 5 (upper floor)- Triple twin bunk beds, triple full bunk beds, and a twin daybed with a twin trundle and 50” HD Smart TV. Full shared bath access

Bedroom 6 (upper floor)- King bed with access to full shared bathroom on upper level plus access to outdoor shower (Bedroom 5 & 6 share a full bathroom on upper level).

Hot Tub: Yes private

Pool: Yes, private pool. The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. No pool heating is needed June 1-September 30. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels in the winter. Pool has a deep end of 9' and includes a diving board.

Outdoor Shower: Large stone outdoor shower on the side of the back yard.

Outdoor Fire-pit: Yes, relax and enjoy some conversation on the cooler evenings.

BBQ: Yes, enjoy some grilled favorites in the outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, sink, 2 beverage refrigerators, two dining tables and plenty of cozy outdoor seating in the outdoor pavilion or at the grill & bar pavilion! Outdoor seating for 20+ guests.
