The private backyard is a wonderful place to relax, lounge by the pool and enjoy the outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining area. Grayhawk offers two Championship Golf Courses open to the public, Raptor or Talon course. 36 holes, tour tested. Dine at Isabella's or Phil's Grill. The neighborhood offers over 30 miles of multi-use trails, basketball courts and a butterfly garden. You will not be disappointed in this beautiful home and outdoor space. Snow Birds favorite. This house was perfect for our yearly trip to Scottsdale. We come from Boston to golf these beautiful golf courses and the location of this house was perfect. The house fit our four gentlemen and everyone had great accommodations. I look forward to renting this beautiful house in the future.

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable and clean, and the pool area was great! The host was very responsive during our stay. We would for sure stay here again!

Good property but

Property was in a great community and laid out superbly for a family that wants to be together but needs space. Kitchen was appointed nicely and plenty of linens. Here’s the but
paid for early checkin and got to gate
nope not on list. Had to wait at least 20-30 min and a couple phone calls. After arriving A/C in casita not working properly. Temp got up to 79 in room despite A/c being on. Lots of exchanges with management team finally resolved problem about 8 pm. Seemed to operate better but afternoon high temps in room were still 75-76 degrees. All pool/hot tub systems are run via management company. Want fountains on, gotta contact management. Want lights on gotta contact management. There is a charge for heating spa. Want the spa on gotta contact management. Not very spur of the moment friendly. Goodwill spa use for us never materialized.Overall can’t say I’d recommend this particular VRBO. Too much hassle and lip service by management company. There’s plenty other options in this community that may be less hassle but keep you in a great location.

Bait and Switch

We selected a nice property in Scottsdale and a month later after reserving, we were contacted that the property was no longer available as the owners wanted to use it during our time frame. This should NEVER BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN! The property we ended up with in Tempe was no where near as nice and it cost us more! The garage was extremely dirty with food stains on the floor. The blinds in a couple of rooms were missing parts, giving the place a less than desirable look. I would never again go with Good Life Vacation Homes out of Phoenix. Very shady business practices. They did not verbalize any of this to VRBO. The day before we arrived Good Life Vacation Homes sent us access details and address to the initial property, so we had to ask for info for the property we ended up with. Not a good experience at all, dealing with Good Life Vacation Homes!!

Great house!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is as described. The beds were very comfortable. The location is safe and in a beautiful neighborhood. We could hear the golfers but not see them. The outdoor area was clean and well kept. The only negatives I have are small- the carpets need replacing or some serious deep cleaning. There were dark spots noted in every room in the house. Also, the management company controls when you have the spa on. You have to tell them what schedule you would like before you get there. It's a little annoying, especially when we had a few unexpected cold days during the week and would have liked to use the spa more.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone

The pictures and listing don’t do this property justice. The house is beautiful and the backyard is fantastic. Lots of room to spread out in the house We had little kids and adults on this stay. We never wanted to leave the pool. Only issue was messaging on VRBO app got confusing but we had quick service by email to the property manager. Highly recommend this property.

Spring Training visit

Beautiful property, soft beds, fire places, pools were excellent. Outer building could use a place for clothing or suitcase. Kitchen has everything you need. Grill worked great. We loved the natural environment in back. We would definitely come back! plenty of patio seating.

Easy, peaceful stay

Your home was perfect for our stay with convenient amenities for our 1 year old. The layout of the rooms provided quiet space for everyone. The home was clean and effortless.

Such a lovely property

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in early January. The home is in a fabulous location with easy access to groceries, restaurants, and shopping. We paid the additional fee for the pool to be heated and it was 85 degrees the entire stay. The hot tub required a bit more communication with the rental manager but she was always immediately available and responsive. We have stayed in many rental properties in Scottsdale and this is one of our favorites. The freedom to walk for miles every morning in the safety of a gated community was such a nice bonus. Highly recommend! We hope to stay again in the future.

Property was perfect! We loved the location and felt the neighborhood was safe. Only negative was that my son found his bed spread to be backwards on the bed, then found a small spot of blood on it when he flipped it around. Ewww!
