Other things to note
Pool Heat
Our heated pool is one of the most popular features of the home. Pool heat is $150/night, must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in, and is added for the entire stay (no partial nights). Once activated, the fee is non-refundable.

Garage & Utility Access
The garage is reserved for owner storage and is not accessible to guests. Licensed vendors (pool, landscaping, maintenance) may briefly access equipment through the garage during scheduled service windows. These visits are professional, discreet, and vendors never enter interior guest spaces.

Exterior Security Cameras
For guest safety and property protection, exterior cameras are located at the front door, pool area, and fire pit. Cameras monitor only outdoor spaces no devices face any interior areas.

Professional Maintenance
Weekly pool and landscaping service helps maintain the immaculate outdoor environment. Vendors respect guest privacy and will communicate only when absolutely necessary.

Smart Entry
A Yale smart lock integrated provides each guest with a secure, time-sensitive access code. The system is keyless, convenient, and enhances security with no keys to manage.
