Clean room. Nice pool. Plenty of free parking. My only complaint was the fact that the third day of my 3 day stay do not have any hot water when I tried to take a shower. Also, the ice machine near my room was out of order and it looked like it had been down for awhile.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. The neighborhood around the hotel and the leisure options around were excellent.

The lobby didn't open until 8am. No coffee. Website claimed restaurant and bar on-site, did not exist. No English speaking person when lobby opened. Room had a very must, damp smell. Very disappointed.

There was brown broken glass on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived that I had to pick up. The first morning waking up and trying to shower we had no hot water. When asking the front desk lady she said yeah we are trying to work on it but nothing we could do about it now. The room smelled off like cigarettes and must. The parking lot was full of trash everywhere including broken soy sauce bottle. Will never stay here again. We had come to the Phoenix area for our first parents weekend for our daughter’s college. This hotel had such good reviews, and was sure a very large disappointment.

There is nothing about this run down motel that is a resort. One of the dirtiest rooms I’ve had the pleasure to book from Expedia. Ramp on side street would not pass ADA not to mention splintered railing which look like it gone unprepared for years. The room was extremely dirty see picture of chair attached! Oh, you won’t let me post what you approve to sell. Go figure, never again
