This one-of-a-kind property features a spacious main house, a separate Casita, and a fully equipped "Game House," all nestled on nearly an acre of land packed with fun amenities. Whether you're seeking relaxation or entertainment, this serene retreat offers something for everyone.

Property Highlights:
Outdoor Fun: The expansive outdoor area boasts a private heated pool, above-ground hot tub, sports court for pickleball or basketball, sand volleyball court, putting green, life-size chess board, and more! It's a playground for all ages.

Spacious Accommodations: With 2,984 square feet of living space, this single-story home features six bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 22 guests.

Prime Location: Set in a quiet neighborhood, this tranquil property is within a short drive to popular Scottsdale attractions, dining, and shopping.

Inside the Main Home:
Great Room: The main living area features an open floor plan that connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Relax on the large sectional sofa and enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with seating for three, and a breakfast nook for morning coffee.

Dining Room: Formal dining space with seating for six to enjoy meals with your group.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Our stay there was really nice, we loved the variety of activities available to us. The rooms were decorated really well. It was very spacious which worked for the amount of people we had in our party. Had a lovely stay there would recommend for anyone looking just to have a fun time with the family. We did not find enough trash bags or toilet paper, but as side from that no other issues.

Christmas vacay

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. We had just the right number of bedrooms/bathrooms for us. The kitchen was well supplied with most all we needed. With all the teenagers all the outside games were very much enjoyed. We had the pool and hot tub heated so it was well used too. Great place!!

The main house in the property did not have hot water, and the management company was not willing to fix the issue or refund the stay accurately. Very poor management, suggest looking at a different listing that is not run by ‘Ilovescottsdale.’

Nothing short of spectacular!

Stayed here for a 14 person bachelor party and we could not have been more pleased with this property. The pictures were accurate, the hosts we so fast to respond during the booking process and when we had a question, a very short turnaround to get back to us. The yard was perfect and being able to have that many activities to partake in and enjoy was beyond what all of us could have imagined. The sleeping arrangements were great for 14 guys (several had to double up in the king beds, but they were good with that). Highly recommend this place to any large family, bachelor or bachelorette party that is looking to have a great time just hanging out.

Bachelor group for golf and lounging. Very easy and up to date. I think sleeps 22 is a stretch. We had 16 with own beds. Others would have had to double up on smaller beds.

Family reunion

Overall, it was great. However, we had a problem with the pool on Friday and I called for service. They said the maintenance would get back to us and they never did. So we were Friday evening Saturday and Sunday with no pool. Barbecue was really dirty. We had to clean it before use. All trees and shrubs needs to be trimmed, especially the one on the side, going out to the trash bins next to the garage. Gate on the left side needs repair.

Great Backyard!

The property was wonderful! Plenty of bedrooms and beds for our large group! The backyard was great! Kids had a fantastic time swimming, playing pickleball and basketball! Never a dull moment! Was great to not have to leave the backyard and everyone could be entertained!

It's Like An All-Inclusive Resort!!! Fun for EVERYONE!

Everything you need and more. EVERYTHING! This place is exactly as advertised and more. Heated pool, pickleball/basketball court, sand volleyball, putting green, beanbags, outdoor chess set... the list goes on and on. We had two families kids ages 7-16 and none of the kids left the house our entire stay - even the teens. The house is great too - beautifully updated and comfortable furniture. We cooked all of our meals at home and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Nice linens. Games and a game house for the kids. Fire pit for s'more roasting. Everything you need and more!
