The original room we checked in smelled heavily of urine. We called to the front desk and they changed our room immediately! Staff was friendly and helpful! Would stay there again.

My check in was very seamless, however the room not so great. My white towels were dirty, sheets dingy not all of the lights worked. It is VERY sketchy at night here. A lot of homeless people in the area. I would not stay here again

Room was full of mosquitos and we all got multiple mosquito bites just from one night! I killed 5 of them in the bathroom before bed too! Staff helps with nothing and you have to drive over to the lobby to get things like an extra blanket as there was no bedding for the pull out sofa.

The hotel double charged a deposit on the second booking of my stay. The staff then lied to the expedia rep and said there was only one charge when they reached out. In total, there were 3 charges of deposit to my account at a single time. I did not book again once this occurred.
