This house was perfect for our group. It was very spacious, clean and in a great location. The property owners/managers were easy to work with and the whole process was smooth. Our team enjoyed the pool and firepit. Highly recommend this house to others.

this house is huge but more set up for a family and not a group of women. 2 bd’s have private ba which leaves the other 3 rooms to share 1 bath. The pool is nice and big but the weather was too cold when we were there. Very clean and comfortable.

Large, Comfy home. Small bag of trash was in hall upstairs when we arrived. Overall cleanliness was fine. A couple of the bathtubs need a deep cleaning. Found the heating system uneven with some rooms hot when others were cold.

Excellent location lovely home

We were a family of 10 adults. We had 4 couples and 2 young adults. The bedrooms accommodated us very nicely. The location was great for golf at Wigwam Golf resort. We were in town for the Fiesta Bowl and found the distance to State Farm Arena perfect. We would definitely rent again. Directions and info from Brian were a nice help.

Great house

We had 6 adults and 4 small children staying in this house, and it was perfect for our needs. It was great having the safety fence around the pool so we didn't have to worry. The rooms are great size, with huge closets. Lots of close attractions like a zoo, multiple parks, and airport which was great to see the F-35's flying for a cooler day activity. The heated pool was also perfect with its ledge for the littles to play on. We enjoyed many nights sitting around the fire. We will be back if we travel to Phoenix again.

This home was exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving get away with friends. We were in Phoenix for the Cardinals game. The location to the stadium was perfect! The pool was fantastic, nice and warm, as promised! We had a hard time getting the kids to leave the pool.

Family Getaway

Took the family to Arizona for a baseball game. House was set up perfectly for families! Large spacious living areas with plenty of seating. Bedrooms with perfect setups for various family members. The gated pool allowed for hours of family fun! It was conveniently located to food, shopping, and entertainment. We would definitely recommend this home to friends and look forward to staying again on our next visit!!

The home was great, located in a gated community, very spacious, bedrooms and bathrooms enough for 9 women! Only disappointment was that we were provided one washcloth each for a 5-day stay. Enjoyed sitting out by the pool by the firepit! Overall great stay! Would book again!

5 star experience and property. Property owner was wonderful to work with, and very accommodating to anything we needed. Loved the pool area and all of the outdoor furniture. Lovely stay at Litchfield Park

This is a very nice place with no surprises. Communication was great, and hosts were accommodating. Excellent location as it is close to Spring Training facilities. Very nice neighborhood as well.
