Listing said heated pool. Pool was not heated, so was not usable. Pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Only instructions about the pool was "Don't touch pool equipment." Nice property, but pool was not useable.

Check in was easy. Location is great with multiple shopping centers 3-5 minutes away. A/C worked great for entire house except master bedroom for some reason. TV in every room including outside by the pool. Pool was clean and had plenty of accessories. Bbq worked great despite looking a bit weathered. Kitchen knives were absolutely dull and need replacing. Ice maker was broken and was not informed about it upon arrival even though owner was aware. Overall, great house and great location.

Ok but not great

Nice place to enjoy with family. Overall cleanliness was not great. Mattresses need to be updated. Outside area was very nice but dusty. Game room was nice. Front door keypad deadbolt did not work making it difficult to enter. Trash outside was full upon arrival and had to call for a pick up. Overall, just ok.

A home away from home

Our stay was very comfortable we felt at home with comfortable beds, ability to cook for family and barbecue. Plenty of games and pool table to entertain and relaxing chairs and pool outside. Totally recommend the beach house for a nice relaxing time with family and friends.

Lovely tropical Oasis with Room for Everyone!

All we expected and more. We loved playing pool, shuffleboard, cornhole, and relaxing by the pool in the sun. The home is well stocked, clean and has plenty of room for everyone with 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other rooms. One of the rooms has 2 bunkbeds that made it nice so our adult boys could have there own bed. We will rent this property again for our Phoenix AZ vacations.

quick stay

We were only there for a short 4 nights and picked this place because if was less expensive than some others. We were there to play in a National Tennis Tournament. While we have stayed at many other VRBO homes there each time in Surprise for Nationals, this was by far the least expensive. A little farther from the tennis facility but close enough, 10 min or so. Unfortunately, the house wasn't really clean and a bit dated and worn. The lights were out in the pool table room so we couldn't even use it, (couldn't find any replacement bulbs but too awkward for us elders to replace anyway). In addition, the lights were out in the laundry room, thank goodness for cell phone flash lights. The pool was not heated and we surely missed enjoying this amenity we booked it for. Fireplace in living area and the outdoor pool fireplace both didn't work. All in all, it was fine for the money but we'd rather spend a bit more next year and be in a little bit better managed place. Beds were comfortable enough.

Not worth the cost

The house had a shower that didn’t work, the patio furniture is all dirty and broken. The pool table’s bumpers are all broken, the fan and light in the billiards area don’t work. This has apparently been known for a while. There isn’t a pullout couch and though the owners knew this they didn’t update nor did they let us know, and we were counting on that bed. The shower and tub weren’t clean. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Everything was as described. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Very beautiful home. Would definitely stay here again. Very good location close to everything we wanted to see. Great neighborhood very qiet and clean. Good sized pool for the kids. Plenty of outdoor seating areas to relax. Loved the outdoor cabana.

Nice, clean home to stay. Interior was very nice and the backyard was well done. The only negative to this place was the BBQ grill desperately needs to be replaced as it is flat wore out.

We celebrated my husband's retirement from the Air Force here. The backyard was amazing and has a perfect place for cornhole, not to mention the several comfy spots to get out of the sun. The extra rooms helped us accommodate friends and family coming in from out of state. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!

Everything we needed for our 5 night stay.

As advertised, plenty of space for our family of 5. House well spaced out and our 2 boys (20 & 18) enjoyed nightly shuffleboard matches before going to bed. Shuffleboard not quite level but it still made it for a fun time. Could use a bit more seating areas but was never a problem. Nice kitchen table for us to start our day with breakfast. Well stocked kitchen to cook and serve. Beds were comfortable. Only negative is if you are a very light sleeper the house does back up against the 303 highway and the master bedroom is the closest, so you’ll hear the freeway but it’s not too bad. It didn’t effect my wife nor I sleeping. We would stay here again!

We had a great time here, was gonna rent again and waited a day to late. Plenty of space, great backyard I loved just hanging out there. Only small problem was wifi password didn't work and no response from local manager the Vrbo team was very responsive yet they could only help so much. We'll definitely try to re rent when we come back.

Great home and retreat in the desert

House was very comfortable and had all the amenities described in the description. Our family enjoyed time out in the very comfortable and inviting gazebo between other activities outside the home. Very convenient location close to shopping and restaurants in Surprise (the far west side of Phoenix).

Had a great time in Surprise this house was in a good neighborhood and we all enjoyed the house. Had no issues with the place and the one time we contacted the manager very prompt with response.
