All staff was super friendly. They have good breakfasts options and the location is close to everything. I just wish their pool heater worked because my kida wanted to get in but it was too cold.

I don't think I have ever left a review, but I felt like I had to for this hotel. We had a horrible experience at this hotel, the rooms were extremely loud, kids could not sleep at all, toilet flushes are extremely loud, someone was getting arrested at midnight right outside of our window. the property is very run down and has a horrible smell. We let the front desk know in the morning and they didn't care to reduce or refund our rate for that night. we just ended up checking out early.

Our room smelled horrible! Smelled like a mix of mold and a dirty litter box. Then the shade would not go down and the worker guy had to break it to get it to go down. He said “if it falls off completely let me know and I’ll come back and Duck tape it to the wall.” When we left I complained and they took the room “out of inventory” until they could get things fixed, but refused to answer Expedia about a refund. We will never stay there again!

The entire staff were extremely friendly throughout our entire 1 week stay and even though our hotel was directly over the airport runway the room was extremely quiet. I on the other hand enjoyed watching the planes take off and land while sitting by the pool.

The bathroom sink was clogged after 2 days, the towel rack was broken the time we arrived, the body wash was no longer affix to the bathroom wall, the iron was on and off but was still able to manage to iron our clothes a little longer. Other than that, the room was clean, the staff was nice and friendly. We didn't try the airport shuttle though.
