The property is average, what you would expect from Springhill Suites if you’ve stayed there before. Breakfast is good, especially for the price (it’s free!). The housekeeping staff keeps the rooms clean and the property looking nice overall. My biggest complaint and unfortunately what ruined my impression of this location is the management staff.My experience is a prime example of how one rotten apple can ruin the entire bunch-it was just one member of the team, a woman who presented herself as a hotel manager, who was very rude and difficult to deal with. The booking was made through a 3rd party and I accidentally chose the wrong room or something small like that (can’t remember exactly) and it took a few minutes to straighten out. She was quick to inform me that she would not be extending my stay and was very rude from that moment forward, despite my efforts to be kind, respectful and considerate. Rarely have I encountered a staff member who negatively impacts my experience at a property this profoundly. However, due to her unprofessional, rude attitude I wouldn’t recommend this place. There’s a nice property next door-stay there instead.
